Round 1: The Strategic Ascent – Rise to the Challenge
Participants will be required to analyze a business case and submit a concise solution deck.
Submission Guidelines:
- Submit via Unstop
- Maximum 2 slides (excluding cover, thank you, and appendix slides)
- Clearly state assumptions, analysis, and recommendations
File format: PDF or PPT
Round 2: The Strategic Crescendo – Advance, Amplify, Ascend
Shortlisted teams will submit a detailed strategic solution building upon the problem statement.
Submission Guidelines:
- Submission via email (details will be shared with shortlisted teams)
- Maximum 6 slides (excluding cover, thank you, and appendix slides)
Should include deeper financial analysis, feasibility, revenue & cost levers, and an implementation plan
Round 3: Innovation Summit – Decode. Disrupt. Dominate. (On-Campus Presentation Round)
Finalist teams will present their solutions before a panel of judges. Presentation Details: Offline presentation at the venue Teams must bring their presentation in PPT/PDF format Evaluation based on: Problem structuring, analytical depth, practicality Innovation and communication.

Case Crusade 6.0 is the flagship case competition of Zeitgeist 2026, hosted by the Department of Commerce, Hindu College, University of Delhi, in collaboration with Consult Club, IIM Ahmedabad as the Knowledge Partner, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) as the Associate Partner.
The competition challenges participants to analyze a real-world business problem, develop structured strategic solutions, and present actionable recommendations. It provides a platform for students across the country to apply classroom learning to practical scenarios while competing with peers from leading institutions.
Participants will progress through multiple rounds involving case analysis, strategic planning, and a final presentation before an expert panel. The competition emphasizes clarity of thought, analytical rigor, creativity, feasibility of solutions, and communication skills.
Guidelines
- Participants may register in teams of 1–4 members or as lone wolves
- Cross-college participation is permitted
- Cross-year participation is permitted
- The competition is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students
- The final judgment rests with the organizing team
