Case For Change: Policy Case Competition: Stages and Timelines

The Preliminary Equation (Quiz Round)

Kick off with a quiz that’s anything but ordinary—where policy meets pop culture. From movie plots to real-world reforms, every question will challenge you to think fast, connect the dots, and see economics in action. Expect themes like gender policies, AI-driven governance, and inclusive growth—all wrapped in a fun, case-based format.

25 questions. 30 minutes.

Only the sharpest minds who balance speed with accuracy will advance to the next round.

The Equity Equation (Case Submission Round)

The challenge gets real. A challenging problem statement will set the stage, pushing teams to go beyond theory and design practical, impactful solutions.

In this round, participants must craft a policy blueprint that tackles some of today’s most pressing issues—bridging digital divides, advancing skilling initiatives, ensuring gender inclusivity and driving sustainable growth. It’s a test of clarity, creativity, and policy acumen.

The teams with the most compelling, well-structured, and innovative solutions will move forward to the grand finale.

The Final Equation (On Campus)

In this culminating round, qualifying teams will present their strategic blueprint to a panel of expert judges. This is not just about showcasing well-crafted solutions—it is a true test of strategic clarity, defense under pressure, and adaptability in dynamic conditions. Here's the catch- brace yourselves for a wild card twist on spot! And where does it all unfold? In the prestigious arena of Lady Shri Ram College, a space long associated with trailblazers and thought leaders. Presenting here isn’t just a finale—it’s a chance to etch your ideas into the legacy of one of India’s most celebrated institutions!

All that you need to know about Case For Change: Policy Case Competition

Case for Change, proudly hosted at Econvista by Lady Shri Ram College For Women, is a policy-based case competition where policy meets innovation, and the brightest young minds reimagine India’s growth story through the twin engines of gender equity and technology.

The challenge will push participants to decode complex scenarios, design a sharp strategic blueprint, and defend it with conviction before an expert jury. But here’s the twist—the quiz round doesn’t just test theories; it tests your ability to connect the dots with the world around you. Whether it’s drawing lessons from The Summer I Turned Pretty, your Spotify blend, or even the podcast you saw last Wednesday, your knack for blending pop culture with policy insight could be your ticket to round 2!

Expect high-stakes analysis, bold solutions, and a platform to prove that policy can be just as dynamic, creative, and disruptive as business strategy. This isn’t just about competing—it’s about crafting ideas that matter. If you’ve got the clarity, courage, and creativity to drive real impact—step up and make your case for change.
