CaseCon 2025 - International Business Case Study Competition

Welcome to CaseCon 2025, the premier business case study competition that brings together talented individuals from around the world to showcase their analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. CaseCon provides a platform for aspiring business leaders to engage in a thrilling and challenging competition that simulates real-world business scenarios. Whether you are a student, professional, or entrepreneur, CaseCon offers you an opportunity to showcase your talent, network with industry experts, and gain valuable insights into the world of business.

Format:

• CaseCon 2025 will consist of a single round designed to test participants' business acumen and their ability to analyze complex problems.
• Participants will be presented with real-world business cases from various industries, covering areas such as marketing, finance, operations, and strategy.
• Teams or individuals will have a specified timeframe to thoroughly analyze the case, identify the key issues, and devise practical solutions.
• Participants will submit their comprehensive case analyses, which will be evaluated by a panel of industry experts and seasoned professionals. 

Guidelines:

• Anyone can participate (Current and Incoming B-school students can also participate).
• A team can have min. 1 and max. 5 members.
• The solution is to be submitted in the format of a PPT with a maximum of 10 slides.
• Cross-college team formation is allowed.
• The registration fee is Rs.100 per member
• Case study can be downloaded from the attachment section below after successful registration.

Submission process:

• Prepare a detailed written submission outlining your analysis, recommendations, and implementation plans.
• Be sure to support your arguments with well-reasoned logic and data-driven insights.
• Your submission should demonstrate your ability to think critically, apply theoretical frameworks, and propose actionable strategies.
• The judging panel, composed of seasoned industry professionals and experts, will evaluate submissions based on the depth of analysis, originality, feasibility, and overall presentation.

• Thoroughly analyze the case: Dive deep into the case material, understand the context, and identify the underlying issues. Ask probing questions and examine all angles to gain a comprehensive understanding.
• Develop a structured approach: Craft a logical framework to guide your analysis. Break down the problem into manageable components and explore each aspect systematically.
• Data-driven decision-making: Support your recommendations with robust data and evidence. Utilize market research, financial analysis, and other relevant metrics to strengthen your arguments.
• Innovation and creativity: Stand out from the crowd by proposing innovative and out-of-the-box solutions. Demonstrate your ability to think beyond conventional wisdom and offer unique perspectives.
• Clear communication: Articulate your ideas with clarity and precision. Present your analysis and recommendations in a concise, compelling manner that resonates with the judging panel.

• Top 3 winning teams will be provided with Live-project opportunity.
• Winner: Rs. 2500 and Certificate of Excellence
• Runner Up: Rs. 1500 and Certificate of Excellence
• Second Runner Up: Rs. 1000 and Certificate of Excellence
• The top 25 Teams will be provided with a Certificate of Excellence
