Round 1: Executive Summary
The registered teams are required to submit a 2-slide executive summary (excluding cover page and annexures/refrences) of the provided business case. The slides should concisely present your key insights, innovative solutions, and strategic approach to the challenge. Submissions must be in PPT/PDF format and highlight the most impactful aspects of your proposed solution.
Round 2: Case Submission
In this round, shortlisted teams are required to submit a 5-7-slide detailed presentation (excluding cover page and annexures/refrences) outlining their comprehensive solution to the business case. The submission should include an in-depth analysis, proposed strategies, implementation plan, and expected impact.
The presentation must be in PPT/PDF format, showcasing a well-structured and actionable approach to the problem. This round plays a pivotal role in evaluating the feasibility and scalability of your solution, setting the stage for the final presentation.
Round 3: Grand Finale: Presentation Round
The top 6 teams will advance to the Grand Finale, where they will present their solutions to an esteemed panel of industry experts and judges. Teams will deliver a live presentation, showcasing their analysis, strategies, and implementation plans in detail. This round will test the depth of your insights, clarity of communication, and ability to defend your solution under scrutiny. The winning team will be crowned based on their innovation, practicality, and impact, making this the ultimate stage to shine!

Welcome to Cerebro 13.0, the ultimate platform for strategic innovation and financial prowess, presented by Delphique in association with Union Bank of India. This year, Cerebro challenges you to revolutionize the penetration of banking in rural India, addressing real-world industry issues and driving impactful solutions.
Cerebro 13.0 combines analytical rigor with practical strategy, immersing participants in solving a pressing challenge while offering a dynamic learning experience. Teams will brainstorm and devise solutions to improve financial inclusion, tackle infrastructural barriers, and integrate technology to transform rural banking landscapes.
This case study competition will test your strategic thinking and ability to solve for growth, combining financial expertise with creative innovation. With an opportunity to work on a live case sponsored by Union Bank of India, it’s not just a competition—it’s a journey into the heart of business and societal impact.
Rules:
- This challenge is open to all MBA/PGP (first and final-year), undergraduate, and postgraduate students from diverse domains, including those from Tier-1 colleges across institutes.
- The team should comprise a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 members not necessarily from the same institute
- The team can constitute a mix of first as well as final-year students
- The selection of teams would be dependent on the feasibility, practicality, and originality of the ideas
- This event is meant as a competition only and the case should not be taken as a reference for any future decisions
- Any decisions of the organizer would be final and binding
- All the participants should have their Adhaar Card and PAN Card linked mandatorily

- Inter-college team members are allowed.
