You will build a board of directors in a high-pressure auction, tackle a complex, real-world business challenge, and defend your corporate strategy in a final boardroom showdown. Judging Criteria:

Participants will be evaluated on a holistic set of skills, including:

• Bidding Acumen & Resource Management: How effectively you build your team in Round 2.
• Strategic Depth & Feasibility: The practicality and ingenuity of your proposed solution.
• Analytical Skills: Your ability to break down the case study and identify key pain points.
• Team Synergy & Role Execution: How well you collaborate and represent your CXO roles.
• Presentation & Storytelling: The clarity and impact of your pitch.
• Debate Performance & Q&A Defense: Your ability to think on your feet and defend your strategy under pressure.

Round 1 – The Corporate Qualifier:

• Mode: Online on Unstop
• Type: Screening Round (Quiz)
• Duration: 20 Minutes
• Sections: A rapid-fire quiz designed to test your foundational knowledge on:
• Business and Startup Fundamentals
• Boardroom Dynamics & CXO Roles
• Strategic and Financial Terminologies
• Top-performing teams will be shortlisted for the on-campus rounds.

Round 2 – The CXO Auction:

• Mode: Offline (On-campus)
• Type: Strategic Simulation & Team Building
• Task: This is where strategy begins.
• All teams will be given an equal virtual budget.
• You will bid on profiles of real-life entrepreneurs, represented as cards with rated skills in Execution, Operations, Technology, HR, and Marketing/Law.
• Your goal is to assemble the most balanced and powerful board of CXOs.
• Your bidding acumen and the strength of your final board will grant you crucial bonus points and determine your team's core strengths for the final round.

Round 3 – The Boardroom Gambit:

• Mode: Offline (On-campus)
• Type: Case Study Pitch & Live Debate
• Task: The ultimate test of your strategic prowess.
• Teams will be given a complex business case study and 1.5 hours of observed preparation time to devise a winning solution.
• You will then present your strategy in a concise 6-minute pitch, with each team member embodying their assigned CXO role.
• Following the pitch, prepare to defend your plan in a dynamic cross-questioning and debate session against other teams and the judges.
