Round 2: Final Presentation (Day 2, Offline)
Finalists will pitch their roadmaps in person to a panel of judges. Teams may use diagrams, flowcharts, or illustrations to enhance clarity. Each presentation will be 10 minutes, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
Round 1: Ideation (Day 1, Online)
- Teams will receive a scenario and submit a one-page summary of their initial ideas.
- Submissions will be evaluated on creativity and relevance to the scenario.

Event Overview:
Civilizational Odyssey is an ideathon where teams design innovative roadmaps for upgrading civilizations based on unique scenarios. Participants will analyze challenges, propose solutions, and present their ideas over three competitive rounds.
Team Composition:
- Each team must have 1-3 members.
- Team members must be registered participants in the event.
- Cross-institutional teams are allowed.
Event Structure:
- Round 1: Ideation (Day 1-Online)
- Teams will receive a scenario and submit a one-page summary of their initial ideas.
- Submissions will be evaluated on creativity and relevance to the scenario.
- Round 2: Final Presentation (Day 2-Offline)

Judging Criteria :Submissions and presentations will be evaluated based on:
- Creativity: Originality and innovation in ideas.
- Feasibility: Practicality and implementation potential of the solution.
- Clarity: How well the roadmap is communicated.
- Relevance: Alignment with the given scenario and context.
Rules and Regulations:
- All ideas must be original and developed during the event. Plagiarism will result in disqualification.
- Teams must adhere to submission deadlines for each round. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Presentations in the final round must remain within the allotted time. Exceeding the time limit may affect scores.
- Use of external resources (books, internet, etc.) is allowed during online rounds, but direct copying is prohibited.
- Respectful conduct towards judges, organizers, and other participants is mandatory.

About Delhi Technological University (DTU), New Delhi
- Delhi Technological University was established in 1941 to fulfill the needs of Indian industries for trained technical manpower having the right theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
- The college got affiliated to Delhi University in the year 1952.
- The college was set up at historic Kashmere Gate campus but later on, in 1996, the campus was shifted to Bawana Road, adjoining Sector-17, Rohini, Delhi-42 covering the area of 164 acres of land.
- The college's former name Delhi College of Engineering was changed to Delhi Technological University in July 2009.
