Consulting Bootcamp & Live Case Competition

After the highly successful Boot Camp in Delhi NCR where attendees worked on a live project for CoolChip Technologies, an MIT startup, ZENeSYS announces the next session in Mumbai. Attendees from reputed B-Schools from NCR area such as IIM, FMS, DSM and IIT DMS attended this session. 100% of the attendees endorsed that they would recommend to others. Boot Camp schedule is flexible for all to attend. Only two days over a weekend are needed. The remainder of the 15 days can be done remotely.

Program Format

This is a 17 day intensive program though only 2 days onsite is required. The first 5 days in part time mode are needed for self paced pre-work to learn tools such as Initial Hypothesis, Structured Research, Frameworks, Guesstimates, Synthesis Matrix and Consulting Proposals. All material in the form of video lectures and discussion forums are accessible on our website.

Subsequent, 2 days will be an onsite workshop for mini cases and kick starting the live case with client interaction. Participants will do a walk through on a past case using our much acclaimed Competitive Landscape Analysis methodology. Each candidate will also get 20 minutes of "Case Interview" practice with a one-on-one interaction.

The following 10 days in part time offline mode will be for completing a live competitive landscape analysis case. The client will judge the winning team.

A ZENeSYS Certified Consultant certificate will be awarded to those who complete the program with the live case work.

Instructors

Saibal Sen and Shrikant Waghmare will be your instructors.Saibal is the founder of ZENeSYS and a former Arthur D. Little management consultant who has 20 years of global consulting experience. Shrikant Waghmare is a Senior Consultant at ZENeSYS and has delivered dozens of consulting engagements to clients in US, Europe and India. Shrikant is an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
