Crisis Conquerors : Case Competition by Enactus SBSEC x Next Horizon Consulting

Enactus SBSEC brings to you Crisis Conquerors under its annual flagship event, Aurora, in collaboration with Next Horizon Consulting. A premier strategy case competition designed to push participants to their analytical and strategic limits. This year, Crisis Conquerors will challenge participants to navigate complex business scenarios and develop innovative, data-driven solutions

Participants will have the opportunity to test their problem-solving abilities, apply management theories, and showcase their strategic acumen in front of esteemed industry professionals and academic experts.

Guidelines:

• Each team must consist of 1-4 members.
• Cross-college and cross-specialization teams are allowed.
• Students from all courses and disciplines are welcome to participate.
• One person cannot be a member of multiple teams.
• Any participant found registering multiple times will lead to disqualification of all associated teams.
• All details submitted by participants must be accurate and truthful.
• The organizing team reserves the right to make final decisions regarding eligibility and judgments, and their verdict shall be final and binding.

Rules:

• Round 1: Online Quiz
  • The competition kicks off with an engaging 20-minute quiz testing participants’ business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • The team leader will be responsible for attempting the quiz.
  • Questions can be answered in any order.
  • This is an elimination round, and only the top teams will advance.

• Round 2: Case Submission
  • Shortlisted teams from Round 1 will receive a real-world business problem.
  • The submission must be uploaded online within the given deadline.
  • Late submissions will not be accepted.
  • Teams must submit a 4 slide presentation (excluding introduction and appendix slides) before the deadline.
  • Evaluation will be based on clarity, feasibility, innovation, and presentation skills. The final round will be conducted offline at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College.
  • This round is also eliminatory, and only the most compelling solutions will proceed to the finals.

• Round 3: On-Campus Grand Finale (16th April 2025, SBSEC Campus)
  • The top teams from Round 2 will compete in the final showdown, where they will present their solutions to a panel of judges comprising industry leaders and academic experts.
  • The final round will be conducted offline at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College.
  • Evaluation will be based on clarity, feasibility, innovation, and presentation skills.
  • Any misconduct on campus will result in immediate disqualification.
