Rounds:

Round 1: Sustainability Quiz on Unstop

Date: 26th February 2024 (Online)

• Prepare to demonstrate your knowledge on sustainability in the quiz round of the EcoInnovate Quest! Challenge your knowledge in sustainability, SDGs(Sustainable Development Goals) and current trends. Swift decision-making and prompt answers will be crucial as you strive to accumulate points and progress in the competition. If you are a passionate advocate for sustainability, this round guarantees thrills for everyone involved. Get ready to showcase your skills and talent!

Guideline for Round 1:

• The quiz features a series of questions on sustainability covering various aspects like: SDGs, current trends, and trivia.
• Teams have a limited time to answer each question.
• Points are awarded based on the correctness and speed of responses.
• The top-performing teams advance to the next round based on their scores.

Round 2: Infographics, Poster Making and Presentation

Date: 7^th March (offline)

• Prepare to showcase your skills in the EcoInnovate Quest, where participants have to envision and communicate their perspectives on the trajectory of sustainability within the Indian context. As you craft your Infographics and Posters, consider how sustainability intersects with diverse sectors such as agriculture, energy, transportation, urban development, and beyond. Your artwork has the power to spark conversations, provoke thought, and ignite action towards a brighter, greener future.

Guidelines for Round 2:

• Round 2 is divided into three phases:
  • Infographic
  • Poster
  • Presentation
• Time allotted for phases in Round 2 is given as follows:
  • Infographic: 45 minutes
  • Poster: 1 Hour
  • Presentation: 10 minutes each team
• The content should be original and creative and should reflect the theme of the competition.
• Participants are required to carry their personal laptops for the Infographic phase.
• For Poster Phase of Round 2, you will be provided with chart paper, basic stationary supplies, poster colours, brushes and palette.
• Participants need to do their presentations using the Infographics and Poster made in Round 2 (offline).
• Plagiarism is strictly NOT entertained. If found, the team will be disqualified.
• Final evaluation for Round 2 will be based on Infographics, Poster and Presentation.
• The decision of the Judges and the organizing committee will be considered final and binding.

Rules & Regulations:

• Graduate and Postgraduate students all over India are allowed.
• A quiz round would be conducted through Unstop to shortlist the teams.
• Only 16 teams will qualify for the 2nd round.
• One participant cannot be part of more than one team.
• Round 1 will be online and Round 2 will be offline (Welingkar Institute, Bengaluru).
• Students are requested to carry their laptops for Round 2(offline).
• The decision of the organizing committee would be final.
