All that you need to know about Empowering Women Entrepreneurs
Welcome to the Empowering Women Entrepreneurs Competition. This competition aims to address the challenges faced by female Indian entrepreneurs in balancing their family responsibilities, running their own companies, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We invite everyone to submit their innovative solutions, strategies, and ideas that can empower them to overcome these challenges and achieve success in both their personal and professional lives.
Guidelines:
- Eligibility: The competition is open to everyone, regardless of age or industry. Individuals or teams can participate, with a maximum of three members per team.
- Originality: Submissions must be original and should not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Submission Format: Participants are required to submit their entries in the form of a comprehensive plan or proposal. The submission should include the following elements:
- Executive Summary: An overview of the proposed solution, highlighting its key features and benefits.
- Problem Statement: Clearly define the challenges faced by female entrepreneurs in balancing family, business, and work-life harmony.
- Solution: Present a detailed strategy or solution that addresses the identified challenges. Describe how it empowers women entrepreneurs and promotes a healthy work-life balance.
- Implementation Plan: Outline the steps required to implement the proposed solution, including any necessary resources, partnerships, or collaborations.
- Impact Assessment: Explain the potential impact of the proposed solution on the lives of female entrepreneurs and their businesses.
- All entries must be submitted electronically through the Unstop platform.
Tips for Success:
- Thoroughly research the challenges faced by female Indian entrepreneurs in balancing family and career to understand the complexities involved.
- Be innovative and think outside the box when designing your solution.
- Consider the scalability and long-term sustainability of your proposed solution.
- Pay attention to the clarity and presentation of your submission.
Evaluation and Judging Criteria:
- Innovation and Creativity: Uniqueness and originality of the proposed solution.
- Practicality and Feasibility: The solution's potential for implementation and its practical benefits.
- Impact and Scalability: The positive impact on women entrepreneurs and the potential for scaling the solution to a larger audience.
- Clarity and Presentation: Quality of the submission, including clarity of ideas, structure, and presentation.
Note: Please note that the final discretion and decision on all matters related to the competition, rest with the organizers, and their decisions shall be considered final.
