Business Simulation Round 1- Micro Simulation
In this engaging micro-simulation round, participants will receive a detailed email outlining the steps to follow and play the simulation game. The challenge is designed to test your strategic thinking and decision-making abilities in a condensed timeframe.
Business Simulation Round 2
In this round, you'll tackle intricate business scenarios, demonstrating your strategic finesse and competing at the highest level. Get ready to showcase your skills and excel in the competition!.
Final Round- Online Pitch Presentation
For Round 3, participants are required to submit a pitch in PDF format that builds on the content and strategies demonstrated in the previous two rounds (simulation and micro-simulation). Teams will then present this pitch online, showcasing their approach to promoting the company or product and integrating the strategies and insights applied in earlier rounds. The dates for the online presentations will be communicated shortly.

Compete against the best minds across the nation, navigating changing market conditions and case studies that challenge your business acumen. What's more, the winners of Endgame will have the opportunity to participate in the prestigious International event- Cesim Elite.
Join us for this exciting journey by registering yourself for the event, where your skills will be put to the test against the best minds in the country. Don't miss the opportunity to prove your mettle and emerge victorious in the world of business strategy.
Rules:
- The competition is open to all national institutes, including undergraduates and postgraduates for Final and Pre-Final Year students.
- Teams must consist of 2-3 members and can include participants from different specializations and academic years within the same institute.
- Each participant can be part of only one team.
- In the first round, participants will engage in a 30–40 minutes microsimulation.
- Top-performing teams from Round 1 will advance to Round 2.
- Top-performing teams from Round 2 will advance to Round 3 for an online pitch presentation.
- The top 3 teams in Round 3 have the opportunity to win cash prizes totalling up to INR 60,000.
- Winners will secure the opportunity to participate in the prestigious International Cesim Elite competition.
- All teams reaching the final round will receive a Certificate of Participation.
- Decisions regarding eligibility and final judgment are at the discretion of the organizing team.
Round 1 Details:
- Round 1 details will be mailed to the team leaders of the teams.
- For the best experience, play the module on a laptop, desktop, or tablet in incognito/private mode with a strong internet connection.
- All the team members can register to play the module one time only.
- The microsimulation can only be played between 30th Nov 12:00 PM to 3rd Dec 11:59 PM.
- The microsimulation can be played only once, and after you Submit and Check, the report will be immediately visible.
- It is necessary to press the "Exit" button on the report page to record the score.
- The goal is to maximize the performance percentage in this single attempt.
- The score from this one and only attempt will be considered for all members.
- The scoring parameter of the game is: Performance percentage.
- The average of the above parameters will be taken to determine qualification for the next stage
