Date and time of the event: 17 November 2022, 11.30 AM. 

General Rules:

• The teams and their members are requested to carry along with them their college ID cards as proof to be produced on demand.
• No Transportation will be provided by the University.
• Participants must maintain decorum within the University grounds and abide by the rules of the University.
• The teams must positively report at the allotted venue at least 30 minutes before the event starts.

Event Rules:

• A team must comprise of minimum 1 and a maximum of 3 members.
• The teams will clean the data, and visualize and interpret the dataset given in Round 1.
• The teams will then apply forecasting tools to predict results out of the cleaned and analysed dataset. Make a proper report of the methodology followed to derive the conclusions and present it to the judges in Round 2.

Schedule:

• Round 1 – 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Break – 12:30 PM – 12:45 PM
• Round 2 – 12:45 PM – 1:45 PM
• The teams can have their own names (optional).
• The teams will be provided with the datasets by the club, teams are restricted to using their own datasets.
  The teams must carry their own devices – laptops, chargers and any other required device.
• The University will not provide any of the above.
• One volunteer from the club will be assigned to each team for assistance.
• The use of the internet will be strictly restricted and will be monitored by the assigned volunteers to each team.
• Copy-pasting of the codes is strictly prohibited.
• The methodology and detailed analysis should be present in the reports of each team.

Judgment Criteria: 

• Proper tools and methodology are used to clean the data, visualize the data and forecasting
• A report of all the steps from scratch having the below table of contents -
  • Team/individual Name
  • College Name
  • Club Assigned
  • Data Management (Procedure & amp; Outcomes)
  • Data Visualization (procedure & Outcomes)
  • Forecasting (procedure & Outcomes)
  • Conclusion
• A PowerPoint presentation of the report having the same headings to be presented
• The accuracy of the predicted results and interpretation
