We are the Economics Society of Shiv Nadar University, and we are excited to present to you Financial Frontlines, our financial strategy competition! This will be a part of the many events and games we have lined up for our annual flagship event, Iqtisadiyyat, which will be held on 5th and 6th April 2025 on our campus.

Financial Frontlines is a multi-round competitive simulation where participants step into the shoes of a CEO facing real-world issues and use their financial literacy, investment acumen, and strategic thinking to navigate corporate financial management in real-world market conditions. Teams will analyze financial statements, manage investments, and adapt to economic shocks while competing to maximize their company’s valuation. Teams step into the role of the company's CEO during a financial crisis. They receive a story explaining the goals, some details about the CEO, and a detailed company profile highlighting a struggling business segment and must make a critical financial decision.
