Fueler Instagram Growth Sprint: 1K to 10K

About the Challenge:

Growing an Instagram page today is not just about posting content. It requires strong distribution, good hooks, storytelling, and consistency.

This challenge will give you a real problem to solve. It’s to grow Fueler’s Instagram page from 1,000 to 10,000 followers in 60 days. Currently, we are just over 1K. We want to reach 10K followers in the next 2 months. 

Fueler is a career platform where professionals can make their professional portfolio and get opportunities through proof of work, not just resumes. 

You will design a strategy to help build attention, audience, and growth.

Challenge Objective: 

Create a complete Instagram growth strategy to scale Fueler’s page from 1K to 10K followers within 2 months. 

What You Need to Submit:

Before/After Metrics Plan

Define current assumptions, such as engagement and reach. Show expected growth on a weekly or monthly basis. Include key metrics like follower growth, engagement rate, reach or impressions, and conversion from profile visits to signups.

Content Strategy

Define content pillars such as education, memes, or storytelling. Specify formats like reels, carousels, and stories. Explain your hook strategy for the first few seconds or first slide. Include posting frequency and consistency plan.

Execution Plan

Provide a 60-day roadmap, preferably broken down week by week. Include your distribution strategy such as collaborations, comments, DMs, and reposts. Add any influencer or creator strategy if relevant. Explain growth loops like user-generated content, referrals, or challenges.

Evaluation Criteria:

Submissions will be evaluated based on creativity and originality, practical execution, understanding of Instagram growth, clarity of metrics, and potential to achieve 10K followers.
