Game of Gains: Stages and Timelines
Round 1- Game of Capitalists
The first round of Game of Gains, gives a chance to the participants to show their inner ‘Sharks’. In this online round, the teams will have to invest a certain amount into some startups from the list given. Furthermore, they will have to give their reasonings for the same and mention what that invested amount should be used for by the startups. This eliminatory round tests the participants' business understanding and their judgment skills.
Round 2- Trademaster Challenge
This second round will take place offline on campus. Every team will randomly choose a box. Each box has a unique set of things essential to a startup but not all things are given to every team. To be a great entrepreneur one needs to make sacrifices, take hard choices and learn the art of trade. This round tests exactly that. Teams will have to exchange items of their boxes with their opponents to gain the best set possible. Teams with the higher number of exchanges and more meaningful sets will proceed to the next round. So, Get- Set- Trade!
