Case Submission
This will be a submission round! You will see the “Submit” button here, once the round is live. You would have to submit a 5-slider presentation (including executive summary on the 1st slide) converted to a PDF document following the prescribed naming convention of CollegeName_TeamName. You shall be able to download the case study problem statement once you register with your team.
Presentation Round
This will be an Online round for Top 10 national finalists! You shall be presenting your solution to GE HealthCare leadership.
Executive Presentation
Winners will get the opportunity to network with GE HealthCare leadership and present their solution in person!
All that you need to know about GE HealthCare ThinkAloud 2025
GE HealthCare presents ThinkAloud 2025 an inter B-school business case competition offering students the chance to innovate and envision the future!
Rules of Engagement:
- This case study competition is open for both first and second-year students pursuing any full-time MBA programme.
- GE HealthCare reserves the right to check the validity of the registration information submitted at any point of time.
- All team members must register using the official email addresses issued by their respective colleges.
- Students must participate in teams of three.
- A team should consist of team members of the same campus.
- You shall be able to download the case study problem statement once you register with your team.
- The topic of this year's case study is – AI Driven Customer-Buying Experience
- Please note that any changes to the team constitution post case study launch will not be allowed.
- The solution deck must be submitted by the 12PM IST on August 22nd.
- Each team must independently conduct research and analysis and prepare a 5-slide presentation in PDF format. The first slide should contain an executive summary, followed by four slides detailing the team’s solution. The mockup output file must be generated and embedded within the presentation slides. Any additional data or supporting content should be included in the appendix.
- All submissions should follow the prescribed naming convention of CollegeName_TeamName in PDF format.
- Ideas and content emerging from the competition are solely owned by GE HealthCare including copyrights and should not be posted or shared without prior approval.
- Any deviation from the above will result in immediate disqualification of the entire team.
AI Usage Guidelines:
- Strict Prohibition on AI-Generated Content
- The use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) for idea generation, content creation, analysis, or recommendations is strictly not allowed.
- Permitted Use – Grammar Only
- Participants may use AI-based tools solely for grammar and language correction (e.g., Grammarly). No content should be generated or rewritten using AI beyond basic proofreading.
- Disclosure Requirement
- If grammar tools are used, participants must disclose the tool used in a footnote or appendix. Any undisclosed use of AI tools will be treated as a violation.
- Monitoring and Penalty
- Submissions may be evaluated using AI-content detection tools. If AI-generated content is found beyond permitted use, the team may get disqualification.
Plagiarism Policy:
- Zero Tolerance:
- Plagiarism of any kind—including copying from published sources, previous case studies, or other teams—is strictly prohibited.
- Citation Requirement:
- All external sources (articles, reports, frameworks, etc.) must be properly cited using a consistent citation style (e.g., APA, MLA).
- Plagiarism Check:
- All entries will be subjected to plagiarism detection software. A similarity index above 10% (excluding references) may lead to disqualification.
Please Note:
- Any deviations from the rules and regulations outlined above will be subject to sole discretion of the GE HealthCare management.
- These rules are subject to change without prior notification. Teams are encouraged to regularly review the terms. If there is any disagreement with any of the terms and any amendments thereto, the team must not participate in the competition.
