Godrej Loud Season 12

2023 is Season 12 of Godrej LOUD. Over the years a lot has transformed at Godrej. Our businesses
are growing and becoming more purposeful, sustainable, and impactful. We are challenging
ourselves every day to serve better than we did yesterday. We started Godrej LOUD with one
purpose – to find purposeful young people to drive change for Godrej and our world. This year, we continue that search for driven, passionate people who will build Godrej for the future.

Godrej LOUD is open to only first-year students pursuing the flagship full-time MBA program from the following institutes:

Competition Structure:

Registration:

• Interested students from a select list of campuses will have to register individually
• Participants will be allowed to register only through their official email IDs

Aptitude Test:

• Once the applications close, all applicants will see an Enter/Play button in the ‘Aptitude Test’ round once it is live to initiate the assessment

Video Submission:

• The shortlisted students will be required to submit a 90 seconds video.The questions will prompt on the screen and student gets to choose any 1 question that they would like to answer. The questions would be aimed at knowing the student better and would be required to answer within 90 seconds.
• Please note that the round will be only open for 3 hours.

Psychometric Assessment:

• Select students will see an Enter/Play button in the ‘Psychometric Assessment’ round once it is live to initiate the assessment and all the students would be called on a paid 2-day visit to Godrej One for an immersive learning experience. 
• This is not an eliminatory round and everyone who completes this step will be called to Godrej One.

LOUD event at Godrej One:

• This is where all the fun and learning come together. Select students from all eligible campuses
  would be called to Godrej One.

Rewards:

This year we won't have winners of LOUD. We are looking for catalysts who will be offered:

• A direct PPO for a full-time role as Management Trainee - yes you read it right! 
• An opportunity to intern directly with a Management Committee member.
