Eligibility and Team Rules:

• This competition is open to pre-final & final year engineering students pursuing B.Tech/B.E./ M.Tech/ Dual-Degree/ Integrated M.Tech courses
• Students must register individually
• Participants must be full-time students from eligible campuses and eligible courses only
• To ensure fairness, students who have already interned with Godrej Properties Limited are not eligible to participate
• Any deviation from these rules will lead to immediate disqualification of the candidature

Details about Case Study Submission:

• The case round will be launched on 28th October, 2024 at 9 PM. The submission window will be open from 21:00:01 on October 28, 2024, until 23:59:59 on November 4, 2024. Please note that no extensions will be granted for this deadline.
• Students have to participate in this round as a team of two members
• Each student must only participate in one team
• Students can form their own teams, but all members must be from the same college and track, and must have qualified for the Technical Round.
• Cross-track team formation is not allowed. For example, an Internship track student may only partner with another Internship track student, and the same applies to the Final Placement Track.
• If you have trouble finding a teammate (e.g., if someone withdraws), please reach out to your respective placement teams
• Teams must participate in their designated track. Any deviation will lead to disqualification.
• Only one team member should submit the case. Multiple submissions from the same team will result in disqualification.
• The presentation can include a maximum of 8 slides, counting the Introduction and Thank You slides. Additional slides will cause disqualification.
• The Introduction slide must contain both members' Name, Email ID, College Name, Course & Specialization, and Track.
• If extra information is needed, include a Word annexure (max 5 pages, font size no smaller than 10, Arial or equivalent) linked to the slides.
• Slide deck size must not exceed 50 MB, and the annexure must also be within 50 MB.
• Plagiarism or AI-generated content will result in disqualification.
