Test your brand knowledge before you compete! This trivia quiz is non-eliminatory but compulsory for all teams — and a great way to discover Galderma’s heritage, leadership and brands that make us unique.
Round 1 - MCQ Assessment
All teams need to participate in the MCQ Assessment. Teams will have to answer 20 questions in 20 minutes, within an 8-hour window to complete the assessment. This assessment will evaluate your understanding of Galderma, along with your skills in logical reasoning, aptitude, and sales and marketing. Only the team leader will be allowed to take the assessment. Qualifying teams will move to the next round.
Round 2 - Executive Summary Submission
Shortlisted teams are required to submit a 2-Slider PPT Proposal Summary outlining their innovative solution for the given problem statement. The teams with top submissions will move to the next round.
Round 3 - Detailed Summary Submission
Shortlisted teams will be required to create an 6-8 slider presentation (excluding cover and annexure slides) outlining their proposed solution. A PDF version of the presentation must be submitted. The top teams from this round will advance to the next stage.
Round 4: National Grand Finale
The top teams will have the exclusive opportunity to present their proposed solutions to the leadership team at Galderma. Each team will be allotted dedicated time to engage directly with the leaders. Ultimately, one team will emerge as the winner.

This year, we urge participants to think Cetaphil and beyond strategies crafted to mirror the real challenges, trends, and opportunities shaping the future of skincare.
What we are looking for:

- Explore the derma cosmetic market that makes brand successful. And most importantly, bring fresh, consumer-first perspectives to uncover opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:
GRAD 2.0 by Galderma is open to both first and second-year full-time MBA students from eligible institutes across India.
Team Formation Guidelines:
- A team will consist of 2-3 members, and the one who registers the team will be the team leader.
- Cross-year and cross-specialization teams are allowed.
- Cross-college teams are not allowed.
- There is no restriction on the number of teams from an institute.
- Modification of team post registration will not be allowed.
- All team members must be present during the final presentation; else, their entry will be disqualified.
Competition Structure:
Trivia Quiz - All teams are required to attempt this non-eliminatory trivia quiz, It has been designed to help you discover Galderma’s rich history, leadership, and iconic brand portfolio.
Round 1 - MCQ Assessment:
- All teams must participate in the MCQ assessment.
- Participants will have to answer 20 questions within 20 minutes.
- Participants can attempt the assessment anytime within the provided 8-hour window.
- Only the team leader will take the assessment.
Round 2 - Executive Summary Submission:
- Teams qualifying through the MCQ Assessment will advance to Round 2.
- Teams need to submit a 2-slider presentation (excluding cover and thank you slides) outlining their solution to the given problem statement.
- Teams need to submit their solutions in PDF format using this naming convention: TeamName_CollegeName.
- Late submissions will not be considered for evaluation.
- College names must not be included in the presentation.
- Based on Galderma’s evaluation of the submissions made by all the teams, the top teams will be identified and will advance to the next stage.
Evaluation Criteria:
- Research methodology and coverage
- Innovation
- Depth of strategy
- Viability and implementation
Round 3 - Detailed Submission:
- A brief about this stage will be shared with the qualifying teams.
- Teams must submit a comprehensive 6-8 slider presentation in PDF format (excluding cover and annexure slides), showcasing their innovative ideas and problem-solving strategies derived from insights gained in the previous round.
- All supporting information/graphs/datasheets/other aids can be clubbed as annexures along with the submission.
- The presentation should NOT include the college names.
- Any submission post-deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
- Please submit your files in this naming convention only: TeamName_TeamLeader'sName.
Round 4 - National Finale:
- The top teams will advance as National Finalists.
- All Finalists will be required to fine-tune their submission and submit their final presentations in PDF format in this naming convention only: TeamName_TeamLeader'sName.
- The Finalists will also present their solution to a panel of eminent leaders of Galderma.
- Venue for Grand Finale will disclosed soon, the team travel and stay will be taken care by the Organization.
- Results will be declared and the national winners and runners-up will be rewarded in a glittering ceremony.
Prizes & Rewards:
- The Winners will be rewarded with a cash prize of INR 3,00,000.
- The 1st Runners-Up will be rewarded with a cash prize of INR 2,00,000.
- The 2nd Runners-Up will be rewarded with a cash prize of INR 1,00,000.
- Top Teams stand a chance to win Pre-Placement Interviews with Galderma.
- E-certificates to all the participants.
