Abstract Submission Round (via Unstop)

Guidelines for Abstract Submission: We invite abstracts (not exceeding 300 words) of original research for poster presentations. Please include the title, names of all authors, complete postal address, and email address of the corresponding author in the abstract. The name of the presenting author should be underlined. Abstracts must be formatted in Microsoft Office Word, using Times New Roman font (size 12pt) with 1.5-line spacing. The deadline for abstract submission is 7th February 2025.

Poster Presentation

This will be a Offline round! at the venue guru jambheshwar university of science and technology hisar haryana. The Poster Presentation Competition invites participants to showcase their ideas and research through well-structured and visually appealing posters. The dimensions for the posters are set at 120 cm (length) x 90 cm (width), with specific font size guidelines to ensure readability: 80 pt for the title, 50 pt for authors, 46 pt for subheadings, 24 pt for text, and 18 pt for captions. Posters should feature clearly defined sections, including Title, Name, Theme, Address, Introduction, Materials and Working, Conclusion, and References, with bold titles and subheadings for clarity. The use of multiple fonts is discouraged, and the minimum font size for any text is 16 pt. The poster must prominently display the logos of Guru Jambheshwar University, Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and Team iConnect, which can be downloaded from the provided link. At the footer, participants should include the note: "Presented at Konark 2.0 organized by Team iConnect, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Innovation & Incubation Center, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar, Haryana." The content of the poster must be based on original research work, supported by a declaration from the authors. Event Overview: The Ideathon: Poster Presentation is an exciting opportunity to showcase your innovative ideas at the Konark 2.0 Tech Fest. Participants will create and present posters on their novel concepts, contributing to advancements in various fields.

  • Registration:
    • Online via Unstop.
  • Poster Requirement: Participants must print and bring their posters themselves. No printing services will be provided at the venue.

Themes for the Event: Participants are encouraged to focus on one of the following themes:

  • Health Care
  • Environmental
  • Cybersecurity
  • AI/Machine Learning
  • Automobiles/Mechatronics
  • E-commerce
  • Education
  • IoT
  • Defence and Space (Astronomy and Cosmology)
  • Open (Conventional progress in any of the above fields) 

Who Can Participate: Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and Ph.D. students studying in a recognized university are eligible to participate.
