Innovation Expo: Stages and Timelines
ROUND 1
In Round-1, each team should submit a graphical abstract of their project. (Teams will be informed if qualified within 2 days after the submission of the abstract)
ROUND 2
Teams qualified in Round 1 will showcase their graphical abstract and a Table-top plant to the judges in Round 2.
All that you need to know about Innovation Expo
About:
- Innovation Expo is an event that focuses on boosting innovative entrepreneurship and allows participants to showcase their projects/ideas.
- This Competition is organized in 2 rounds.
- Round-1(Online) is till 30th January 2024.
- In Round 1, each team should submit a graphical abstract of their project.
- Teams will be informed if qualified within 2 days after the submission of the abstract
- Round 2 is held offline during E-Summit’24 on 4th February 2024.
- Teams qualified in Round 1 will showcase their graphical abstract and a Table-top plant to the judges in Round 2 (Expo).
Rules:
- Each Team MUST register to participate in the event.
- The number of participants in a team should NOT exceed 5.
- The deadline for registration & submission for Round 1 is 30th January 2024 at 11:59 PM.
- The idea for the project should be original and should NOT have been taken from any existing source.
- Optimization of existing ideas is allowed.
- Decisions of the Team E-Summit’24 will be final in all other cases.
Submission Format:
- Each team should send a pdf file containing a Graphical Abstract & detailed description of the project.
- The pdf file name should be <Project title>. Example: Internet marketing.pdf
- The mail should also contain the details of team members (name, phone number, and email ID).
Benefits:
- Cash prizes worth 12K.
- Get a chance to showcase your project and take feedback from IIT professors.
- Certificates from E-Summit’24, IIT Bhubaneswar to all team members for each round.
- Contingents corresponding to the winning team will earn 1000 Gold points.
