Round 1 - PPT Submission Round (via Unstop)
Teams must submit a 3-5 slides presentation (excluding cover and thank-you slide) by 2nd November.

Round 2 - Offline Round at ABV-IIITM campus, Gwalior
Shortlisted teams will present their ideas (PPT) to a panel of judges at IIITM campus on 14/15th November. Each team will get 5-7 minutes for presentation, followed by 3-5 minutes of Q&A

ABV-IIITM is delighted to bring to you INNOVATOR'S ARENA - YOUNG MINDS BIG IDEAS, a business plan competition. This competition is a part of Department of Management Studies' flagship event - ARIC 2025 (Atal Research and Incubation Conclave).
This business plan competition is designed to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit end innovative mindset among college students across India. It offers a unique platform to design and showcase their impactful business ideas that can address real-world problems.
Benefits:
- Get the idea mentored by entrepreneurs and investors.
- A chance to get the idea funded.
- Develop entrepreneurial skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students across India.
- Team size: 1 to 4 members.
- Inter-college members and inter-specialisation members allowed.
- Multiple teams from the same college are allowed.
Rounds:
- Round 1 – Online via Unstop (Infographic/PPT Submission)
- Teams must submit a 3–5 slide presentation (excluding cover and thank-you slide) by 31st October.
- Submission link will be available after registration on Unstop.
- Round 2 – Offline at ABV-IIITM Gwalior
- Shortlisted teams will present their ideas (PPT) to a panel of judges at IIITM campus on 14th/15th November.
- Each team will get 5–7 minutes for presentation, followed by 3–5 minutes of Q&A.
Judging Criteria:
- Innovation and Creativity: Originality and uniqueness of the business idea.
- Feasibility: Practicality and implementability of the idea.
- Market Potential: Addressing a significant need or gap in the market.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstration of basic financial planning for the business idea.
- Presentation: Clarity, confidence, and effectiveness in pitching the business plan.
Rules:
- The business idea must be unique and feasible.
- The final decision of the judges is unquestionable.
- Participants should maintain decorum during the event.
Prizes:
- Participation certificates.
- Winners will also receive in-kind prizes.
- Grants of up to ₹3.5 lakhs (T&C apply).
- Support from TIIC.

About Atal Bihari Vajpayee-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management
- Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (IIITM) Gwalior was established in 1997 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India.
- It is an effort by MHRD towards building professionals in the fields of management and IT from the same institute.
- The institute was created for facilitating research, consultancy and higher education in the areas of IT and business management.
- Earlier the institute was prefixed with ABV in the year 2002 to honor the then PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

- The three ‘I’s not only form the ‘M’ but also the crown of ‘T’. The pattern in whole comprises of three I’s, one M and one T.
- The concentric circles represent the bird’s eye view; a comprehensive approach to training, academics, and consultancy.
- The dot represents the institute’s clear focus on Information Technology (IT) and management.
- Blue color represents knowledge and depth is depicted by its dark shade knowledge.
- The phrase “knowledge is the nectar of life” forms the base of this logo design.
