Insignia : Poster Making Competition

Insignia is a Poster Designing competition with 2 rounds. Both rounds are held online. The details of the Special Round (Round 2) will be informed only to the teams that qualified in Round 1.

Round-1 Rules:

• Each team must register with a team name and email id
• Each team should submit their poster based on the themes (on page 6 of this document) 
• The number of participants in a team should NOT exceed 2, they can participate individually.
• Poster can be either painted/sketched or edited/designed using any software tools. Poster can also be designed using free-hand drawing.
• Decisions of the Team E-Summit’24 will be final in all other cases.

Benefits:

• The best teams will get selected for Round 2 of Insignia.
• Cash prizes worth INR 3K to Top Teams from Round 2.
• The best poster will be displayed during E-Summit’24 and will be posted on our YouTube channel & Facebook/Instagram page.
• E-Certificates from E-Summit’24, IIT Bhubaneswar to all the members of the Team for each round.
• The contingent corresponding to the winning team will earn 300 Gold points, and those corresponding to the first runner-up will earn 200 Gold points.

Timeline:

• The deadline for registration is 14 January,2024.
• The last submission date for round 1 is 15th January,2024.
• Details of Round 2 will be shared with selected participants through e-mail.

Submission Format:

• The poster MUST be in JPEG/JPG/PNG format. (If drawn on paper then scan that poster and submit accordingly).
• The poster file name should be your registered mobile number
• The poster file should be mailed to events.esummit@iitbbs.ac.in with the subject “Insignia Submission |mobile number” and should mail with a registered e-mail.
• The mail should also contain details of team members, the theme selected by the team and a brief description (if necessary) of the Poster submitted.
