Details of the event:

• Eligibility:
  • Participants must be currently enrolled students at recognized educational institutions.
• Team Composition:
  • Each team can have a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 members.
  • Inter-college and inter-specialization teams are permitted.
• Idea Submission:
  • All teams must submit their project ideas by the specified deadline (April 10th).
  • Late submissions will not be considered.
• Presentation Time:
  • Each team will be allocated a 10-minute time slot for their presentation.
• Internship Opportunities:
  • Internships in Vdoit and Anim code, along with gift vouchers and internship opportunities in Data Science, Python, and Gaming with NCU, are available.
• Presentation Content:
  • Presentations must focus on the proposed project idea, its feasibility, potential impact, and implementation plan.
  • Presentations should not exceed the allocated 10-minute time slot.
• Presentation Format:
  • Teams must use the provided PowerPoint template for their presentations.
  • Any deviations from the template may result in point deductions.
• Prizes:
  • 1st Prize: 4500
  • 2nd Prize: 2500
  • 3rd Prize: 1500
• Professionalism:
  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally during the event.
  • Any form of plagiarism or cheating will result in immediate disqualification.
• Judging Criteria:
  • Projects will be evaluated based on creativity, feasibility, technical proficiency, presentation quality, and potential impact.
• The decision of the Judges:
  • The decisions made by the panel of judges will be final and binding.
• Disqualification:
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any team or participant found violating the rules or engaging in unethical behaviour.
• Changes to Rules:
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the rules or guidelines if necessary.
  • Participants will be duly informed of any such changes.
• Liability:
  • The organizing committee shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event.
• Compliance:
  • By participating in the event, all teams agree to comply with the rules and regulations outlined by the organizing committee.
