International Level Project Expo 2025 - Virtual Mode: Stages and Timelines
Round 1 - Team Registration & Title Submission
This is the first round of the ECLXPO25.
Candidates must register either individually or as a team (Max 1- 5 Members)
Any Domain students (Engineering, Medical & Pharmacy, Arts & Science, Education & Management) are elligible to attend this event.
Round 2 - Abstract Submission
Submit a clear and concise abstract (max 300 words) highlighting your project’s problem statement, objectives, and proposed solution.
Ensure originality and relevance, as this will be the key criterion for shortlisting to the next round.
Upload your abstract in PDF format only (max file size: 5MB).
PPT Submission & Live Jury Presentation
Prepare a well-structured PPT (10–12 slides) covering your project’s objectives, methodology, outcomes, and future scope.
Upload in PDF/PPT format, file size not exceeding 10MB.
Kindly refer the template of the PPT given below. Any other template will not be accepted by the team.
Live Jury Presentation (Virtual)
Present your project live before the esteemed jury panel, showcasing innovation, technical depth, and real-world impact. Each team will get 8–10 minutes for presentation followed by 5 minutes of Q&A. Evaluation will be based on clarity, confidence, and your ability to defend your work under questions.

Event Flow
Round 1: Registration & Title Submission
Aug 08 – Aug 31, 2025
- Teams (2–4 members) register online.
- Submit your project title.
- Receive a unique Team ID.
Round 2: Abstract Submission
Sept 01 – Sep 30, 2025
- Upload a 300-word abstract (PDF) highlighting your problem statement, objectives, methodology, and expected results.
- Submissions will be evaluated on clarity, originality, and problem relevance.
- Shortlisted teams move to Round 3.
Round 3: PPT Submission & Live Jury Presentation
Oct 06 – Oct 27, 2025
- Submit your project presentation (10–12 slides, PDF format).
- Selected teams will present live online: 10 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A.
- Finalists will be judged on innovation, real-world application, teamwork, and presentation quality within Nov 03, 2025 to Nov 10, 2025.

- Eligibility: Open to UG, PG, and research scholars across all disciplines.
- Team Size: Minimum 2, maximum 4 members.
