Kaleidoscope 2026 - Case Study Competition

About the competition:

• Kaleidoscope 2026 is a national-level flagship General Management Case Study Competition organized by The People Tree – HR Club of SIMS, Pune, in collaboration with ISTD, Pune Chapter.
• The collaboration ensures strong industry relevance and practitioner insight, evaluating participants not only on academic frameworks but on practical, future-ready managerial thinking aligned with real organizational challenges.
• The competition provides student managers with a platform to apply HR fundamentals and contemporary business concepts to real-world scenarios.
• It brings together bright minds from B-schools and academic institutions across India, offering an opportunity to compete, learn, and engage with the HR and business ecosystem.

Competition structure:

Round 1: Quiz

• Date: 28 January (10 AM onwards) – 31 January 2026
• Decision-based caselets, 40 multiple-choice questions
• Focus: Qualitative reasoning, managerial judgment, and analytical clarity
• Mode: Online (Unstop Platform)
• This is an individual & time-bound assessment (Only the team leader will attempt it).

Round 2: Workspace Canvas

• Date: 02 February – 06 February 2026
• Visual presentation (infographic / poster / model)
• Theme: “Workspace Evolution – Then vs Now”
• Judging based on creativity, innovation, practicality, and vision
• Mode: Virtual submission

Round 3: Grand Finale – Case Study Round

• Date: 21 February 2026
• Live case study presentation followed by interactive Q&A (The case study will be provided 2-3 days prior to the final)
• Duration: Maximum 15 minutes per team
• Judged on depth of analysis, originality, communication, and applicability
• Venue: SIMS Pune

Rewards & recognition:

• Cash prizes worth ₹50,000+
• Winner: ₹25,000 + Trophy
• 1st Runner-Up: ₹15,000 + Certificate
• 2nd Runner-Up: ₹10,000 + Certificate
• All finalists receive certificates of participation and recognition

Team guidelines:

• Teams of 2–3 members from the same institute
• Multiple teams allowed from one institute
• One participant can be part of only one team
• Business formals mandatory during the final round
• Institute ID / Bonafide certificate required for finalists

• Deadline to register: 28 January 2026, 8PM
• Quiz Round: 28 January (10 AM onwards) – 31 January 2026
• Workspace Canvas: 02–06 February 2026
