Virtual Launch and Case Study Reveal
The top leadership at Kotak will enlighten the registered participants about the hiring challenge. They will brief the participants about the case study which will be followed by a Q&A round, answering all their queries.
Case Submission
Registered teams will work on submitting an Executive Summary in PDF format for the given case. The file size should not exceed 15 MB. It should be a 2-slider deck, excluding the Introduction and Thank You slide.
Virtual Presentation Round
The top teams from previous round will present their Solutions to the Kotak Leadership.
Grand Finale (Submission Round)
The Top 7 Teams shortlisted for the Grand Finale Round will be submitting the updated case study solution in this round.
Campus Winners
The best team from each campus will qualify as Campus Winners. Winning teams will receive vouchers, which will be disbursed within 30 working days.
Grand Finale
The Top 7 teams from the previous round will present their business solutions to the panel at the Grand Finale in Mumbai. Based on the evaluations, the Top 3 teams will be selected and awarded PPOs for Summer Internship along with travel vouchers. Additionally, selected finalists from the other teams may be offered PPIs for Summer Internship, as per the panel’s discretion.

Eligibility: The hiring challenge is open to 1st-year students pursuing 2-year full-time MBA/PGDM from the eligible list of campuses.

Team Formation Guidelines:
- The hiring challenge is open to 1st-year students of the flagship MBA program of eligible institutes.
- Students from the same campus can register in teams of two.
- The first to register will become the Team Leader, who can then invite the other members to join the team.
- The students can be from any specialization.
- Cross-college teams are not allowed.
- A student cannot be a member of more than one team.
- Any deviation from the above-mentioned guidelines will result in immediate disqualification of the entire team.
Opportunity Structure:
First Round: Case Submission
- The case study will be available on the opportunity page itself post your registration.
- Teams are required to submit an executive summary explaining their solution in a PDF format, the file size should not exceed 15 MB.
- It should be a 2-slider deck, excluding the Introduction and Thank You slide.
- The deadline to submit your presentation is 17th September 2025, 23:59 P.M.
Second Round: Virtual Presentations
- Shortlisted teams from the previous round will present their solutions virtually to the senior management of Kotak.
- Each team will be provided 8 minutes for the presentation followed by 7 minutes for Q&A.
- All the relevant details will be shared with the shortlisted teams via email.
Grand Finale:
- The Top 7 teams from the previous round will present their business solutions to the panel at the Grand Finale in Mumbai.
- The updated case study will be uploaded on the website on 25th September.
- Based on the evaluations, the Top 3 teams will be selected and awarded PPOs for Summer Internship along with travel vouchers.
- Additionally, selected finalists from the other teams may be offered PPIs for Summer Internship, as per the panel’s discretion.
Responsibilities:
KLGM Interns will work as generalists in any one of the core functions - Digital, Products, Sales, Marketing, Technology, HR, Customer Experience, and Analytics. The role involves contributing to live projects, supporting end-to-end execution, and collaborating with leaders and teams to solve real business challenges. The internship is designed to provide meaningful exposure, cross-functional learning, and an opportunity to apply fresh perspectives in a fast-paced environment.

- Winners: PPO for Summer Internship + Ladakh travel voucher for both the participants with 1-year validity
- First Runner Up: PPO for Summer Internship + Goa travel voucher for both the participants with 1-year validity
- Second Runner-Up: PPO for Summer Internship + Taj Reward vouchers for both participants

Compensation: INR 1 Lakh per month + One way ticket + 1 week stay during the summer Internship.
