• Team Size: 1 to 5 Members
• Eligibility: Open to all.

Eligibility:

• Only Indian Nationals are eligible for this Competition.
• Age Limit: 18 years and above.
• Individual persons, Individual groups of people, groups, experts, professionals etc. are eligible.
• Competitors can submit only one entry. The prize will be given to the team leader of the competing entry, in case of a group.

Technical requirements:

Your logo design should be reflective and communicate the wider vision and mission of P. G. Institute of Agri-Business Management. The proposed Logo can be of any geometrical shape and should not be less than 2 inches x 2 inches. The file should be of high resolution (over 300 dpi) and should look clean (not pixelated or bit-mapped) when viewed on-screen at 100%. The logo should be designed using colors (not Grayscale or Black & White)

Artwork: Entries must be submitted in PNG format with transparent background. In case of-hand

• Written sketch, scanned image in PNG format have to be submitted by participants.
• Rationale: A maximum of 100 words in English to describe the concept, theme and symbolic elements

Terms and Conditions:

• All entries are governed by the provisions of the Logos and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950, and any violation of the said Act will result in disqualification.
• The Logo must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
• The P. G. Institute of Agri-Business Management, JAU reserves the unfettered right to modify the prize-winning logo in any form.
• The P. G. Institute of Agri-Business Management, JAU reserves the right to reject all the entries, if not found suitable.
  
• All entries will remain the property of P. G. Institute of Agri-Business Management and are not returnable.
  
• Participant/s represent and warrant that his/their entry is his/their own original work/creation and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  
• Participants should not imprint or watermark logo design.
  
• During the course of the evaluation, contest organizers may ask participants to resubmit the entry in different size(s)/ format(s), etc., depending upon the requirement.
  
• Participants must keep the native/editable/open file format also ready – as it shall be
  required to be submitted later for the winning entry.
  
• All the entries received would be assessed by an empowered Committee at one or more stages, depending upon operational requirements.
  
• Entries would be judged on the basis of various parameters which include elements of creativity, originality, composition, technical excellence, aesthetic qualities, simplicity, artistic merit and visual impact, among others.
  
• The decision of the Selection Committee would be final and binding to all the participants and no clarifications would be issued to any participants on any decision of the Selection Committee.
  
• The responsibility to comply with the guidelines and other conditions fully lies with the participant and PGIABM shall not be liable for any dispute raised by a third party.
  
• Any legal proceedings arising out of this competition/its entries/winner shall be subject to the local jurisdiction of JAU, Junagadh.
  
• All entries should be submitted till 05/01/2023, the file should not exceed 20 MB.
