Challenge Overview

The Marketer’s Masterpiece Challenge is a marketing competition for students and young professionals (0–2 years of experience) to showcase creativity, strategy, and analysis. Participants will develop a ₹5 crore (~$600,000) campaign to revive TrendTide Clothing Co., a fast fashion brand facing a 22% sales decline in a ₹400 crore market. Using the provided case study, participants will analyze data, craft a campaign, and build a portfolio to demonstrate skills in brand management, social media strategy, and competitive analysis.

Guidelines/Rules

  • Eligibility: Students and professionals with 0–2 years of experience.
  • Team Size: Individuals only.
  • Resources: Use only the provided case study; role-play consumer research is permitted.
  • Submission Format: Submit a Wooble portfolio link via Unstop.
  • Project Naming: Give your project a completely unique and creative name that reflects your research and campaign strategy, but do not use “Marketer’s Masterpiece.”
  • Code of Conduct: Maintain professionalism; Unethical means leads to disqualification.

Submission Requirements

  • Submit three documents via your Wooble portfolio:
    • First PDF: One-Page Campaign Brief and Budget Breakdown.
    • Second PDF: Strategic Analysis Tasks (five pages, one per phase).
    • Two PDFs:
    • One PowerPoint (PPT): Five-Minute Pitch with Creative Element.
  • Upload documents as instructed in the provided Wooble manual.
  • Ensure your Wooble portfolio achieves a completion percentage above 50%.

Submission Process

  • Visit Wooble’s page to create a portfolio - https://wooble.org/
  • Sign up on Wooble and head to the Portfolio section to create your portfolio. (For further clarification, refer to the “Step by Step Manual” provided)
  • Again, give your project a completely unique and creative name that reflects your research and campaign strategy, but do not use “Marketer’s Masterpiece.”
  • Submit all necessary details: My Journey so Far (at least 3), Proof of Work (at least 2), Skills I Follow, Resume, and What’s Next on the Wooble’s portfolio section.
  • Return to the Unstop page and submit the Wooble portfolio link as the submission.

Evaluation Criteria

  • Strategic Insight (10%): Depth of case study analysis.
  • Creativity (25%): Originality of USP, tactics, and creative element.
  • Feasibility (10%): Practicality of campaign and budget allocation.
  • Presentation (15%): Clarity and persuasiveness of pitch and deliverables.
  • Portfolio Quality (40%): Professionalism of Wooble portfolio.

Rewards

  • Winners: ₹5,000 cash prize and feature on Wooble’s website.
  • All Participants: Digital certificate of participation with name, challenge title, and completion date, downloadable via Unstop.
