Maudrik - The Policy Case Study Event: Stages and Timelines

Case Submission

The first round will be an online submission round where a problem question of national interest would be emailed to the registered participants to which they’ll have to come up with the best possible policy in public interest within the stipulated time as per the guidelines and submit via email to FES. The selected teams with the best answers will proceed towards the final presentation round.

Offline Presentation Round

The final selected teams will be invited to NSUT Main Campus, Dwarka for offline presentation of their solutions to our esteemed panel of Industry experts and top leaders who will decide their fate.

This will be an OFFLINE EVENT at NSUT MAIN CAMPUS, DWARKA, DELHI.

The Finance and Economics Society of NSUT is giving you all a chance to get the taste of power - Maudrik- Case Study Event under the umbrella of Consilium’23. 

With a myriad of problems gripping the present-day economy, the country is in dire need of young minds to redefine and devise new economic policies. A one of its kind policymaking event, Maudrik gives you the opportunity to step into the shoes of a policymaker and put your analytical and creative abilities to the test.

You’ll have to analyze and come up with the best possible solutions to serve the public, showcasing your wits to the best brains of the nation. The best part is that no prior experience is required. If you have the majestic combo of problem solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking, then this is the event for you.

Rules and Regulations:
1. This event is open to all college students.
2. Cross-college teams are allowed.
3. A team can comprise a maximum of three members.
4. Lone wolves are allowed.
5. A student cannot be part of more than one team.
6. All the communication will be done through email.
7. Case submission will be done through email by the team leader.
8. The decision of the organizers will be final and binding on the team.
9. All candidates of final selected teams should be physically present on the day of the virtual presentation round and are required to reach the venue 30 minutes prior.
10. Refreshments will be provided to all the participants.
11. By entering this competition, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the competition material.
