Teams will showcase their creativity and problem-solving skills as they fine-tune their robots to tackle mazes of varying complexity. This event is a thrilling showcase of cutting-edge robotics and the ingenuity of the human mind.
Come and witness the excitement of the Maze-Runner, and see who will be crowned the ultimate Maze-Runner! The Challenge is to build an autonomous self-contained robot that can solve a given 3D maze. The robot that can get from start to finish the fastest will be the winner.
Entry Fee: 350 per team
Team Size: 1 to 5 people per team. Multiple teams allowed from each college

Robot Construction Specifications:
- Any robot kit or building material may be used if the robot fits the given specifications and if the design and construction are primarily the original work of the team (prefabricated robots will not be allowed).
- The maze solving robot can be of the kind that detects (walls) and solves the maze. Or Line Follower Maze Solving Robot.
- The robot from now on will be referred to as Maze-Runner.
- A Maze-Runner shall not leave any part of its body behind while navigating the maze.
- A Maze-Runner shall not jump over, climb, scratch, damage, or destroy the walls of the maze.
- The controller unit should be embedded in the robot and cannot be placed outside the robot.
Dimensions: The following size limitations apply to each robot
- Width: maximum 6 inches
- Length: maximum 6 inches
- Height: 6 inches
Maze Description:
- The Maze will be a 3 dimensional Square Structure, with walls within that form the shape of the maze.
- The walls will be 8 inches in height, white or light colored and the separation between two walls 8 inches.
- The Lines for line follower will be of Black colour on a white background.
- Both kind of robots will solve the same maze.

The National Institute of Technology Goa (NITGoa) is a head specialized Institute of the district. NITGoa was built up in the year 2010 by a demonstration of parliament (NIT act 2007) and it is proclaimed as 'Establishment of National Importance '. NITGoa is a self-sufficient establishment and working under the aegis of Ministry of human Resource Development(MHRD), Govt. of India. The grounds is situated at Farmagudi, Ponda around 29 km southeast of Panaji, the capital of Goa and it is an impermanent grounds. The territory of Goa is all around associated by street ways, rail ways and aviation routes with different pieces of the nation
The Institute offers under Graduate courses in Five Engineering Departments: (1) Computer Science and Engineering (2) Electronics and Communication Engineering (3) Electrical and Electronics Engineering (4) Civil Engineering and (5) Mechanical Engineering. The Institute offers Post Graduate courses and Ph. D degree in three Engineering Departments: (1) Computer Science and Engineering (2) Electronics and Communication Engineering and (3) Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The Institute additionally offers Ph.D degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Economics and English specialization.
The Institute concedes understudies into the B.Tech degree program based on positions got in the Joint Entrance Examination JEE(Main) and the plan of Direct Admission to Students Abroad (DASA) with an admission of 30 understudies in each branch. The foundation is earnestly endeavoring to convey quality training and to accomplish greatness in instructing, learning and research with high expert morals.
For M.Tech Program, the Institute concedes understudies through substantial GATE score followed by CCMT (Centralized Counseling for M.Tech Admissions). Every division is offering 20 seats for the said program, out of which 18 seats will be topped off through CCMT and the staying 2 seats are intended for the supported competitors.
