Meesho DICE Challenge 2.0 - Tech Track: Stages and Timelines
Initial Screening
Registered teams will be screened to ensure all the members are eligible and there is no duplicacy.
Online MCQ Assessment & Coding Round (Software Development Domain)
Shortlisted teams will progress to the assessment and coding round of 110 minutes, where each member will have to attempt a coding challenge that will be 90 minutes long and will have 3 questions to solve based on the Software Development domain and 20 minutes to attempt 20 assessment questions. Teams can code in any of the coding languages. The round will be open for a 12-hour window, during which all the participants will have to attempt it to be considered for the next round.

The DICE Challenge 2.0 Tech Track is designed for engineers who live to solve complex problems, think in algorithms, and dream in code. This isn’t just about writing programs - it’s about architecting the future of e-commerce for over a billion Indians.

At Meesho, DICE means Democratising Internet Commerce - more than being just a statement, it’s the North Star that guides everything we do. From solving user problems at scale to bold experiments, every move aligns with making online commerce accessible and affordable for Indians.
Eligibility Criteria – Tech Track
- Open to Bachelors and Integrated courses students from eligible campuses.
- Graduation year: 2026.
- Teams of 1-3 members allowed.
- Cross-specialisation teams are welcome.
- All members must belong to the same college and meet the individual eligibility criteria.
- Multiple team applications by the same participant will lead to disqualification.
- Only eligible teams can progress to the problem solutioning round.
- Meesho jury’s decision will be final in case of disputes.

IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras, IIT Roorkee, IIT BHU, IIT Guwahati, IIT Dhanbad, IISc Bangalore (DS track only).
Grand Finale:
The top teams will travel to Bangalore for the Grand Finale, where they will present their ideas to Meesho leaders.

2.1 Online MCQ Assessment and Coding Round (Software Development Domain)
Shortlisted teams will progress to the MCQ assessment and coding round of 110 minutes, where each member will have to attempt a coding challenge that will be 90 minutes long and will have 3 questions to solve and 20 MCQ questions to be attempted in 20 minutes based on the Software Development domain. Teams can code in any of the coding languages. The round will be open for an 12-hour window, during which all the participants will have to attempt it to be considered for the next round.

Shortlisted teams will progress to the MCQ Assessment and coding round of 110 minutes, where each member will have to attempt a coding challenge that will be 90 minutes long and will have 3 questions to solve and 20 MCQ questions to be attempted in 20 minutes based on the Data Science domain. Teams can code in any of the coding languages; however, Python is recommended. The round will be open for an 12-hour window, during which all the participants will have to attempt it to be considered for the next round.
3.1 Problem Solutioning Round (Software Development Domain)
Shortlisted teams will be given a choice of problem statements to work on. Teams will have to submit a one-pager document (max 2000 words).

Shortlisted teams will be given a choice of problem statements to work on. Teams will have to submit a one-pager document (max 2000 words).
4. Grand Finale
Top teams will travel to Bangalore for a Grand Finale and will present their solutions to Meesho leaders.
Rewards & Prizes:
- The winning team will receive a cash prize of rupees 1,00,000.
- The runner-up team will receive a cash prize of rupees 50,000.
- Top teams will get an opportunity to secure Pre-Placement Interviews (PPIs) and will stand a chance to be a part of Meesho!
Note: The students participating in this track can't be part of the Business Track.
