Stage 1: Share your BIG IDEA
Propose one big-bet idea for Mondelez India to make significant inroads into the biscuit category. Basis the identified opportunities, what should be the next pillar of growth for Mondelez India to realize its ambitions within the biscuits category (share only one which you think should be the most impactful). Format - Audio Visual (.MP4) - Refer to FAQs for more clarity, Duration - Up to 2 minutes, File size - Maximum 20 MB.
Stage 2: Refine Your Idea
Top 60 shortlisted teams to further detail out their ideas and submit in a suitable audio/visual format. Duration: Max 5 mins. File Size: 20 MB
Campus Round
Top 20 campus winners to tweak the current submissions and submit in a suitable PPT format. Maximum Slides allowed: 7 . File size: 20 MB
National Finale
Each team will be given 10 minutes to pitch their ideas and then the roast begins.

Mondelez India is excited to launch a unique B-School Business Challenge for future leaders! This challenge will tickle your creative nerves, give you a dash of adrenaline rush as you envision & strategize to decode Snacking conundrums while adding your twist, color & flavor.
If you are inspired by purpose-driven brands, iconic campaigns & passionate brains behind the bold innovations, this competition is for you!
Eligibility Criteria:
The competition is open for first and second-year students of the full-time flagship two-year MBA/PGDM program of selected B-Schools who have an interest in Sales and Marketing.

Competition Stages:
Stage 1:
Explore the current needs, attitudes, behavior, and overall trends in India within the biscuits category. Basis the identified opportunities, what should be the next pillar of growth for Mondelez India to realize its ambitions within the biscuits category (share only one which you think should be the most impactful)
- Submission Format: Audio Visual (.MP4) - Refer to FAQs for more clarity (Duration: Max 2 minutes)
- Submission Deadline: On or before 28th November 2021
Stage 2:
Refine your idea -
- Submission Format: Audio Visual (.MP4) (Duration: Max 5 minutes)
Stage 3:
If you are selected for this round, you will be invited for:
- Consumer Immersions: To test your idea with your proposed target Group, we shall provide resources to talk to consumers.
- Team Mentors: At this stage, you will be assigned mentors who are experts in this field. You can leverage the insights from real-time research and mentoring to tweak or flesh out your ideas.

Stage 4:
The Finale + Roast
- Each team will be given 10 minutes to pitch their idea and then the roast begins.
Rules:
- The team members must be from the same college, and they can be a mix of students from different courses
- All the team members must register before registration closes and must form teams before the specified date (12th November 2021, 23:59:00 hrs)
- Changing teams will not be allowed post the stipulated date
- One person can only be part of one team
- Every team should come up with a team name while registering for the competition
- The emphasis for the evaluation of the solutions presented will be on the uniqueness of the idea, rationale, or data supporting the idea
- Both 1st and 2nd-year students from the flagship MBA/PGDM programs of the eligible campuses are eligible to apply
