Idea Submission Round
Registered teams must submit a 5-slider solution of the case provided. Any supporting Excel sheets or additional materials should be embedded within the PPT itself.
Campus Finale
Shortlisted teams from each of the 4 campuses to present their solutions in front of Mondelēz jury in a physical campus round.
Eventually, leadership will come forward with their winners and runners-up teams.
Grand Finale
The top teams will present their solutions in front of Mondelēz jury and compete for the ultimate prize.

Mondelēz India presents Mondelēz Maestros - Supply Chain Track 2.0, a premier B-School Supply Chain Case Challenge for future leaders! This competition will engage your strategic thinking and supply chain expertise as you tackle real-world snacking conundrums with innovative solutions.
If you're driven by the intricacies of supply chain management, inspired by purpose-driven brands, and eager to contribute bold innovations, Mondelēz Maestros - Supply Chain Track 2.0 is the ideal competition for you!
Eligibility Criteria:
The competition is open for second-year students of the full-time flagship two-year MBA/PGDM program of select B-Schools who have an interest in Supply Chain Management. Please refer to the list of the eligible colleges below:
- Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore
- Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Mumbai
- Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management (SJMSOM), IIT Bombay
- SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai
Rules:
- The team members must be from the same college, and they can be a mix of students from different specializations.
- Team Size: 3 Members
- All the team members must register before registration closes and must form teams before the specified date (12th August 2025, 23:59:00 hrs).
- Changing teams will not be allowed after the registration deadline.
- One person can only be part of one team.
- Every team should come up with a team name while registering for the competition.
- The emphasis for the evaluation of the solutions presented will be on the uniqueness of the idea, rationale, and data supporting the idea.
Competition Stages:
Idea Submission Round:
Teams need to submit a solution for the Case Study in the prescribed format. Please note it is an eliminatory round.
- Submission Format: .ppt/.pptx format
- Slide Limit: up to 5 slides (Any supporting Excel sheets or additional materials should be embedded within the PPT itself)
- File Size: maximum 15 MB
- Submission Deadline: 20th August 2025, 11:59 PM IST
Campus Finale:
- Top teams will get a chance to present their solutions to the leadership at Mondelēz during their pitch and interact with them.
- There will be in-person presentations by the shortlisted teams for the selection of the winning team for each campus.
- Eventually, leadership will come forward with their winners and runners-up teams.
Grand Finale:
- The top teams will present their solutions in front of Mondelēz jury and compete for the ultimate prize.
Prizes & Rewards:
- Winners will be rewarded with a cash prize of INR 2,00,000 and Pre-Placement Interviews (PPIs)
- First Runners-Up will be rewarded with a cash prize of INR 1,00,000
- Campus Winners & Runners-Up stand a chance to win Pre-Placement Interviews (PPIs) and will receive exclusive Mondelēz Goodies
