Moot Court

Simeration'24 - By The Sea, brings you Moot Court, a competition involving participants participating in simulated court or arbitration proceedings where there are two sides and each side is represented by two speakers who present opposing views to the case followed by a short round of rebuttal or oral argument. Moot Court dwells into live cases dealing with the problems faced by the companies giving the participants a flavor of the challenges faced in the corporate world. It is an endeavor on our part to expose the candidates to not only the complications faced by the companies but also provide them with an insight into the corporate culture.

Eligibility:

• The competition is open to all full-time students of any undergraduate, degree, or post-graduation courses, pan India.
• Team size should be 2 members and all the team members should be from the same institute.
• All members of the team must carry their college ID card along with a government ID proof.

Evaluation:

• Based on the quality of the arguments, the participating teams would be judged by the panelists on various parameters.
• The decision by the panelists would be final and binding on all the participants.
• Violation of any above-stated rule will lead to disqualification of the respective team.
