Round One
1. Round 1 - Abstract Submission Each team must choose a company aligned with the competition theme and study the issue in the company, prepare case abstract for the same suggesting/proposing solutions for the identified issue. Maximum word limit: 500
Competition Theme - Business & Management (Participants may choose cases related to Analytics, Finance, HR, Marketing,General Management or any allied area of Management.)
Final Round – Case Study Presentation at IIIM, CHARUSAT Campus
Teams shortlisted from Round 1 will submit the full case (up to 6,000 words) and present at IIIM, CHARUSAT

Details:
- Charotar University of Science and Technology (CHARUSAT) has been conceived to make Charotar – the Land of Sardar Patel the Global Education Hub. The university has been awarded with “A+” Grade by NAAC, Bangalore. It has been accorded the status of Centre of Excellence by the Government of Gujarat.
- Presently, CHARUSAT offers more than 70 undergraduates, postgraduate, and PhD programs under the tutelage of 10 Institutes and 7 Faculties. CHARUSAT has a student strength of more than 10000. CHARUSAT has highly qualified and dedicated 700+ faculty and staff members trained in IITs, IIMs, leading Universities and industries.
About IIIM:
- The Indukaka Ipcowala Institute of Management (IIIM), a constituent of CHARUSAT, was established with the support of IPCO Industries. IIIM began its management education journey in 2006–07 with its AICTE-approved MBA Programme and has since expanded to offer Undergraduate, Post-Graduate, and Doctoral Programmes tailored to meet evolving global industry needs.
- The Institute is known for its full-time specialized programmes, including BBA in Business Analytics and BBA in Entrepreneurship & New Venture Management, which allow students to build strong domain-specific skills. IIIM offers multiple specializations in its BBA and MBA programmes and is committed to delivering contemporary, industry-relevant education.
- IIIM has consistently strengthened its academic reputation, earning commendable recognition in the GSIRF (Gujarat State Institutional Rating Framework) rankings. About the Competition:
- National Case Study Competition 2026 is the second edition of IIIM’s national-level academic event designed to encourage analytical thinking, business problem-solving, and evidence-based decision-making. The competition invites participants to explore real organizational challenges and develop innovative and practical solutions.
- It serves as a platform for students, researchers, and professionals to showcase strategic insights, communicate ideas effectively, and engage with industry-experienced evaluators.
Competition Structure:
- Round One – Abstract Submission: Each team is required to identify a company and align their case idea with the competition theme before preparing and submitting an abstract (maximum 500 words).
Competition Theme – Business & Management:
- (Participants may choose topics related to Analytics, Finance, General Management, HR, Marketing, or any allied area of Management.)
Final Round – Case Study Presentation at IIIM, CHARUSAT Campus:
- Teams shortlisted from Round One will submit the full case (up to 6,000 words) and present it before the judging panel at IIIM, CHARUSAT.
