Skilled Sapiens is a platform which is focusing on Live Experiential learning, Leadership training, and Mentorship, initiated by corporate Mentors to prepare students for their corporate as well as entrepreneurial stints, and enrich managerial careers in different domains like Sales and marketing, Finance, Consulting, Product man, Entrepreneurship, etc. with our different programs & initiatives, we are focusing more on 1-1 mentorship with personalized & customized learning experiences.
Our corporate Mentors are available 24x7 for our community members and provide quality mentorship along with on-demand live workshops when needed. We are a leading upskilling platform in the B-School mentoring space
We help college-level entrepreneurs incubate their ideas & launch them in the marketplace in our Sapiens' Incubation Centre. We are a community of more than 80 mentors, with a reach of 20000+ students & learners on our platform. We have successfully collaborated with more than 40+ institutes which includes 15 IIMs, 5 IITs, and other universities. We have helped over 40 entrepreneurs launch their ideas in the marketplace, and are recognized as an ISO-certified organization in the upskilling & consulting domain.
Guidelines:
- This competition is open to all college students irrespective of branch, year, or field of study
- Your submission will be evaluated by the consultants of Bain, Google, and PWC
- A student cannot be part of more than one team
- Modification of the team composition or team details after registration is not allowed
- Any deviation from the above will result in immediate disqualification of the entire team
- All decisions regarding eligibility and final judgment shall rest with the organizing team
- A team can have a maximum of 4 members (1 to 4 Members)
- Working corporate professionals can also participate and make their team with any students or working folks
- Incoming MBA, BBA, and Eng batch students can also participate in this case competition
Round 1: Consulting Bootcamp (8 hours)
In this round, all the registered teams will be divided into small cohorts, and corporate mentors from top consulting firms like Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY, Capgemini, etc. will conduct detailed extensive industry-oriented workshops with the teams to groom them better on important consulting concepts
Note: Only the First 25 teams will get access to the Live Bootcamp workshops & workshop recording. Separate certificates will be issued to all the attendees of the workshop

- Introduction to the basic consulting mindsets, mental models & consulting process
- Introduction to the career trajectory of a management consultant
Important Consulting Frameworks (1.5hr):
- 3 C's, 4 P's, PESTEL & Company Analysis, Value, Chain Analysis, BCG Matrix, Ansoff Matrix, etc.
- Case Study analysis to understand the practicality of these frameworks and understand how companies are using these frameworks in real world
MECE & Mindmap: Framework (1.5 hr):
- What is MECE & Mindmap Framework?
- Using MECE to solve problems
- From Information to Insight: Using Mindmap Framework
- Introduction to the Pyramid Principle
- Using the pyramid principle to comprehend the problem statement
Real-World Problem Solving: Different Consulting Frameworks (2 hr):

Placement Mentorship (1.5 hr):

- How to answer resume-based (HR Round) interview questions?
- How to answer the technical round of interview questions?
Note: Recordings will also be provided to all the team members for the first 25 teams
Round 2: Case Study Launch
- Introduction of the Case: Problem Statement
- Teams will be given a case problem to tackle a problem mentioned in the case study
- Teams will be asked to solve the problem and use all the theories mentors will be teaching in the live sessions of Round 1
- The problem will revolve around any of the consulting domains, including market acquisition, penetration, brand creation, revenue model, and cost reduction
- Teams are required to work on the implementable solution for the given problem statement
Round 3: Live Case Study Round
- A live case presentation in front of the jury members will be conducted with the top teams
- The presentation would last 15 minutes in total, followed by a 5-minute team-specific Q&A session
- This round will be conducted on Zoom

- Additional slides can be attached post-Thankyou Slide as an appendix
Awards & Recognitions:
- The top 3 teams will get the live projects in core consulting domains with the corporate mentors of Deloitte, EY, PWC
- The top 3 teams will get a cash prize of 10k each, and the top 4 to 5 teams will get a 5k cash prize
- The top 10 teams will receive free access to Skilled Sapiens' ISO-certified consulting leadership training program and a live project in the consulting domain worth IR 6500/-
- Merit certificates and excellence certificates will be awarded to the top 10 teams
- Verified CV pointers and a Separate certificate to attend the 8 hrs Consulting Bootcamp certificate will be issued to all the attendees
