Location:

• ICFAI Business School, Pune DSK Sunderban Business Hub 1 (Opp. Pawar Public School) Hadapsar, Pune 411028 (Maharashtra, India)

Eligibility:

• Open to students from any graduation or post-graduation college, across all streams.

Guidelines:

• Poster presentations provide an opportunity for students to present and discuss their work.
• Poster abstracts that clearly describe innovative and cutting-edge work and are in sync with the theme of the event will receive the highest priority in the selection process.
• The presenting author should be available on the date and time scheduled.
• Create a handmade poster or print and trim the final version to a size of 40" x 32" (102 cm x 81 cm) in landscape or portrait orientation.
• Prepare a short pitch discussing the poster presentation (less than 10 minutes is recommended).
• Poster content should be readable from at least 1 ft distance.
• Students are required to send the title/sub-theme of the poster.
• Maximum 2 participants per poster presentation.
• Participants from outside Pune colleges may present their posters online.

Rules:

• Each submitted poster will be reviewed for its scientific merit by the Organizing Committee and other reviewers using the following criteria:
  • Topic: Relevance, importance, value, and/or interest to innovation
  • Clarity: The objectives presented are clearly described
  • Methods (as applicable): The methods used (including the design, implementation, and analysis) are appropriate to achieve the objectives of the presentation
  • Presentation: The content is logical, clearly written, and clearly demonstrates the depth of understanding of the topic
• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
• Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Registration Fee: Rs. 500 per poster (Team of 2)
