Round 1: Bidding (Offline)

• 30 teams would participate in a Google Forms and MS Excel-facilitated bidding process to secure land for their venture.
• Each team would start with INR 10 Lakhs.

Round 2: Negotiation, Fluctuation, and Asset Development (Offline: On Campus)

• This round aims to simulate real-world challenges and dynamics present in the tourism and traveling industry.
• Teams will be allowed to engage in negotiations, game heats up as market fluctuations are introduced.

Round 3 (Offline: On Campus)

• Round 3 will mirror the activities of Round 2 but with updated prices.
• Teams must remain agile, adapting strategies to maximize returns amidst the changing economic landscape.
