Team Size: 2 to 4 students per team
Eligibility: Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from the following streams:
- Law
- Public Policy
- Governance
- Public Administration
- Political Science
- Sociology
- Urban Studies / Planning (optional)

Problem Statements / Policy Tracks:
(Participants choose one track)
- Gig Worker & Rider Safety (e.g., policy protection for delivery riders)
- DUI & Substance Abuse Enforcement
- Helmet Law Reform & Compliance Gaps
- Compensation & Justice for Road Crash Victims
Students are expected to:
- Identify gaps using data/evidence
- Propose actionable policy frameworks
- Consider on-ground feasibility and legal implementation
Rounds Overview:
Round 1: Idea Submission
- Submit a brief concept note (max 2–3 pages) explaining:
- Problem definition
- Proposed policy solution
- Evidence & expected outcomes
- Implementation feasibility
Round 2: Final Proposal Submission:

- Problem diagnosis (with data)
- Comparative case studies (if any)
- Stakeholder & policy map
- Solution design (intervention + policy changes)
- Implementation roadmap (costs, timeline, actors)
- Measurable impact indicators
- Risks & mitigation
Final Round: Live Pitch (Gurgaon)
- Finalists will receive mentorship
- Teams will present their ideas to a jury of experts
- Networking opportunity with policymakers, lawyers, and mobility innovators
