All that you need to know about Niti Shastra - HR Competition
Guidelines:
- A team of 2 is to be formed
- Participants must be from the same institute and enrolled in a post-graduation program
- All submissions must adhere to the specified format and be submitted within the designated timeframe
- Late submissions may incur point penalties
- The event adopts a point system to assess team performance in each round
- The team with the highest cumulative score across all rounds will be declared the overall winner
Rules:
- Any instances of cheating, plagiarism, or unethical behavior will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Teams will be permitted to use laptops or electronic devices during rounds as and when required.
- The use of AI for content framing and analysis is strictly prohibited, and any violation may result in elimination from the event.
- Elimination will be based on the cumulative points of each team at the end of each day.
Note: These rules and regulations aim to create a fair and competitive environment while maintaining professionalism and integrity throughout the finance event.
