Pack a Pitch: Stages and Timelines
Summary and Video Submission
In this round, teams are required to submit a 3-8 slide solution (PDF format) and a 1-3 minute video (MP4 format) that clearly outlines their proposed solution or idea. The submission should include a detailed explanation of the solution, covering its core concept, implementation strategy, and potential impact.
This submission will be evaluated to assess the clarity, feasibility, and innovation of the proposed approach.
NDA Form Submission
Request the finalists to submit the signed NDA form by 7th October, 2025.
Grand Finale
The Top teams will each have 20 minutes (15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A) to present their cases before ACG’s senior leadership panel, led by the MD & CEO and functional heads.

Eligibility: The competition is open to final year students pursuing a full-time 2-year MBA (excluding HR) and B.E./B.Tech courses (excluding Civil engineering) from the following 20 campuses:

Team Formation Guidelines:
- The students have to register in teams of 2-3.
- They should be full-time students on the campus.
- Cross-specialisation teams are allowed to participate (please note that team members must be from the same domain, i.e., management students can not make a team along with Engineering students).
- One participant cannot be a member of more than one team.
- There is no restriction on the number of teams from a particular institute.
- Any deviation from the above-mentioned guidelines will result in the immediate disqualification of the entire team.
Round 1: Summary and Video Submission
- Shortlisted teams will have to perform research and analysis on the case study and come up with a 3-8 slide solution (PDF format) and a 1-3 minute video (MP4 format) presenting the team’s solution (The video should not have an AI voiceover).
- Kindly note that Management students must select one of the MT (Management) case studies, and Engineering students must choose one of the given GET (Engineering) cases; attempting cases outside one’s stream will lead to disqualification.
- Teams will be able to make changes to the submissions until the deadline is over.
- Participating teams in this level will move on to the next round based on their performance.
- All the teams are requested to submit their entries a few hours before the deadline to avoid any last-minute hassle.
- Campus Winner & CV Points – Campuses with 5+ team nominations will have one winning team selected and awarded certificates.
Round 2: Grand Finale

Finalists will be invited to present their comprehensive solutions to the esteemed ACG jury.
Prizes and Rewards:
- Management Trainee
- The winning team will receive a cash prize of INR 150,000/-
- 1st Runner-ups will receive a cash prize of INR 75,000/-
- 2nd Runner-ups will receive a cash prize of INR 50,000/-
- Graduate Engineering Trainee
- The winning team will receive a cash prize of INR 100,000/-
- 1st Runner-ups will receive a cash prize of INR 50,000/-
- 2nd Runner-ups will receive a cash prize of INR 25,000/-
- PPI opportunities for students demonstrating exceptional talent and aligning well with the company’s requirements.
- Campus Winner & CV Points – Campuses with 5+ team nominations will have one winning team selected and awarded certificates.
- Every participant will receive a certificate of participation in recognition of their efforts.
- Interact with senior ACG leaders and get featured on ACG’s official social media platforms.
