Achievement Cell presents to you PersonaX: A Personal Branding Competition where strategy meets identity.

Teams will receive a detailed profile packed with details like job role, career goals, experience & achievements. Analysing this, they must craft a powerful personal brand strategy that positions the individual effectively in their field. Participants must transform their ideas into a concise presentation covering professional positioning, narrative, target audience & visibility plan and tackle a dynamic Q&A with judges with pro-level confidence.

Rules & Regulations:

Round 1: Online Round:

• The first round will be conducted online and will include MCQs & open-ended questions.
• Responses must be submitted within the given time limit.
• Participants will be shortlisted based on their performance in this round.
• Any form of cheating, use of AI or other unfair means will lead to immediate disqualification.
  

Round 2: Offline Final Round:

• Teams will be given curated profiles on the spot.
• They must develop a Personal Brand Strategy based on the assigned profile & present it to the judges.
• The presentation may contain a maximum of 5 slides (excluding the title & gratitude slide).
• Strict time limits will apply for both preparation & presentation.
• AI use & plagiarism are strictly prohibited.
• Each presentation will be followed by a Q&A session, where participants must clearly justify and defend their branding decisions.
