Incubation Centre

Incubation Centre has designed a suite of initiatives to ignite new educational thinking and practice. The Centre will free captive ideas, enabling them to move around our campuses freely, be explored, developed and brought to life.
The mission of the centre is to support and drive innovative and creative approches to Teaching & Learning in Higher Education.

Technology Innovation and Incubation Centre is the Industrial Interface of Atal Bihari Vajpayee-Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management, Gwalior established in 2008 to be registered as society. This centre could have been set up due the initiatives taken by some faculty members and some of our alumnis. Since its inception, a host of organizations, professionals, academicians and networking partners within India and across the globe have been closely associated with the initiatives of TIIC
To nurture the spirit of entrepreneurship among some talented and ambitious students, the concept of Incubation Centre at academic Institute has gained ground. IIITM also wishes to take a lead and earmark space, infrastructure and professional support for nurturing new ideas and also for maturing nascent ideas up to maturity levels. Discussions have been initiated with STPI.

Incubation centre and pinnacle

The Technical Innovation and Incubation Center of ABV-IIITm gwalior has collaborated with the B-Plan contest , Pinnacle held under AEGIS of Infotsav'10 .The Incubation centre has decided to mentor the winning B-Plan accordind to its terms and conditions. The incubation centre will support the B-plan financially and technically it's success.

The event will travel through 3 phases :
1st Phase(offcampus) : Submission of Executive Summaries
Last date for submission of executive summaries : 5th October,2010
Results- 10th October
2nd Phase(offcampus) : Submission of complete Business Plan
Last date for submission- 15th October,2010
Results- 18th October,2010
3rd Phase(on campus): Final Presentations
Date- 30th October,2010

Prizes:
1st Prize : 15,000 INR
2nd Prize : 10,000 INR

The winning plan we be mentored by theIncubation Cell,ABV-IIITM, Gwalior, which may provide finances upto Rs 5,00,000 *
