PPT Submission
Round 1: PPT Submission(ONLINE MODE)
“All applied teams across domains will be MONITERED. Based on the judges’ evaluation and decision, selected teams will be promoted to the next round.”
Submission Guidelines
- Slide Limit: Strictly 8–10 slides (excluding cover & thank you slides)
- Content: Deck must cover the recommended structure: Problem, Solution, Market, Tech, Revenue, etc.
- Naming: Format file as TeamName_DomainName_PitchPerfect.pdf (e.g., Innovators_Fintech_PitchPerfect.pdf).
- Originality: Content must be original. Plagiarism leads to immediate disqualification.
- PPT submission date is 18 feb 2026
Pitch Deck Submission
- Round 2: Grand Finale (Offline Pitch) Date: 20 Feb 2026
- Mode: Offline (Campus Venue) Step into the spotlight! All teams that submitted a pitch deck in Round 1 are invited to present their startups live to our panel of Investors and Jury members.
- This is your Shark Tank moment. Guidelines: Format: 5-minute Pitch + 3-minute Q&A session.
- Logistics: Teams must carry their final presentation on a USB drive as a backup.
- Attendance: Reporting time is 9:00 AM. At least one team member must be present to pitch.
- Judging: Evaluation is based on innovation, feasibility, market potential, and defense during Q&A.
- Dress Code: Formals/Business Casual recommended.

Pitch Perfect is the ultimate platform for budding entrepreneurs to showcase their innovative ideas. Whether you are solving problems in FinTech, Agri-Tech, or building the next big EdTech platform, this is your chance to pitch, persuade, and win big!
Event Overview:
- Event Format: Shark Tank Style Pitching
- Team Size: Up to 4 Members (Cross-department teams allowed)
- Presentation Mode: Physical/Live Pitch
- Registration Fee: ₹499 per team
Proposed Domains:
Teams must select one of the following domains at the time of registration:
- FinTech & E-commerce: Focus on security, scalability, user trust, and clear revenue models
- HealthTech & BioTech: Ethical, safe, realistic solutions with a focus on accessibility and affordability
- Agri-Tech & Rural Empowerment: Address real agricultural/rural problems emphasizing affordability and sustainability
- Sustainable Solutions & Smart Cities: Focus on environmental/social impact and practical deployment
- Skills & EdTech: Focus on practical learning outcomes, scalability, and easy accessibility
Rules & Guidelines:
General Rules:
- Originality: Ideas must be original. Plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification
- Pitch Format: 5 Minutes (Pitch) + 3 Minutes (Q&A)
- Prototype: Encouraged but not mandatory
- Judges’ Decision: Final and binding
