Prarambh - Business Conclave: Stages and Timelines
Round 1: The Unstoppable Showcase
Develop and formulate a business solution that transcends individual lives and enhances the overall societal well-being. This solution could either be in the form of a product or a service. The Participants are required to submit their business ideas in a presentation deck. The Deck must contain the following points: Cover Slide: Team name, college name, and event details, names of team members. Problem Statement: Clearly outline the problem your business aims to solve, including relevant data to support the existence of your problem. Each team’s B-plan will be judged based on the plan’s value proposition, market opportunity, operational feasibility, scalability and financial feasibility. Brownie points if you add the essence of Viksit Bharat in your presentation. So, do keep these parameters in mind while creating your B-plan!
Round 2: Offline Round
The shortlisted teams will present their B-plan pitches to corportate professionals in this round. Each presentation will have a hard limit of 10-12 minutes for the pitch, followed by 3 minutes of Q&A with the judges, who are allowed to ask for whatever clarification/justification they require.The assessment will center around the analytical proficiency and the effectiveness of strategies utilized to tackle the specified problem. Additional information pertinent to the finalists will be communicated subsequently.

Aligned with Viksit Bharat's ideology, it will provide a platform for participants to develop and submit an original idea or complete their existing business plan (in accordance with specific guidelines provided by us)
Guidelines:
- The competition will take place in two rounds with the former being online and the latter being an offline round.
- A team can comprise of minimum 2 and a maximum of 5 members. One participant cannot be a part of multiple teams.
- The team leader will be the Point of Contact for the competition.
- Multiple teams from the same Institution can participate.
- The final round will be conducted offline at NSUT on 7th March 2024.
- Any use of dishonest means will lead to immediate disqualification.
- The decision of the organizers will be final and binding or irrevocable.
- Participants must keep their original college ID cards or valid Government photo ID (PAN, Driving License, Passport, Aadhar).
- All entries will be thoroughly evaluated by experts at Enactus NSUT, and the top teams that qualify will present their pitches to an expert panel of judges.
- A designated jury will go through each submission and shortlist the participants for the next level.
- The shortlisted teams for the presentation round will be informed by the organizers.
