Event Description:

• Teams register with project title + brief abstract
• Each team is allotted a table/space in the expo area
• Set up time provided before the event starts
• Judges visit each stall for evaluation
• Participants explain the working concept and applications
• Open viewing session for other students/visitors
• Final evaluation and result announcement

Rules of Conduct:

• Team size: 1-2 members
• Project must be original (no plagiarism)
• Setup must be completed before judging starts
• Teams must be present at stall during evaluation
• No hazardous or unsafe materials
• Follow allotted space and power usage
• Judges’ decision is final
