Rules:
- The case problem will be released on 15th-16th February 2025 on Unstop.
- Participating teams must submit an abstract (500 - 1000 words) outlining their approach to solving the case problem.
- The submission should clearly define the problem statement, key insights, proposed solutions, and impact assessment.
Submission Guidelines:
- Format: PDF
- File Naming Convention: TeamName_CollegeName
- Deadline for registration and abstract submission: 21st February 2025
- Results Announcement (Shortlisted teams for Round 2): 23rd February 2025
Detailed Deck Submission via Unstop
Shortlisted teams from Round 1 will proceed to submit a 6 slide presentation (excluding appendix).
The deck should comprehensively cover:
- Problem Statement & Key Insights
- Proposed Solution & Implementation Strategy
- Feasibility & Impact Analysis
- Innovation & Differentiation
The appendix (if required) can include supporting data, research, and financial projections.

Round 3: Grand Finale (On-Campus)
The top 10 teams will be invited to Sri Venkateswara College for the on-campus grand finale on 1st March 2025. A new challenge might be revealed on the spot, requiring teams to analyze, strategize, and present their solutions within a limited timeframe. Teams might have to think on their feet and showcase problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills under pressure. Each team will be given a set time for preparation, presentation, and Q&A. The top 3 teams will be declared winners based on the judgment criteria.

- Original Work: All submissions must be original. Plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Strict Deadlines: No late submissions will be accepted under any circumstances.
- Decision Finality: The decisions made by the judges and organizing team are final and binding.
- Professional Conduct: Any misrepresentation or misconduct may result in disqualification.
- Confidentiality: Participants must not share their solutions publicly until the competition concludes.
Evaluation Criteria:
- Presentation Clarity – Slide structure, visuals, and readability
- Strategic Thinking & Clarity of Thought – Logical approach and problem understanding
- Speaking & Communication Skills – Confidence, articulation, and persuasiveness
- Innovation & Feasibility – Uniqueness, practicality, and scalability of the solution
- Q&A Handling – Ability to defend and justify their strategy under scrutiny
- Depth of Research & Data-backed Insights – Use of credible sources and supporting evidence
Eligibility & Team Formation
- Open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students across India.
- Teams must consist of 2-4 members.
- Both inter-college and intra-college teams are allowed.
- A participant can be a part of only one team.
