The Brief

The official competition brief will be revealed on 01 June 2026 at 11:59 AM IST, simultaneously to all registered participants through the Unstop platform.

Submission Requirements

Upload two MP4 files separately. File naming format and upload instructions are provided in the upload fields below.

  1. Final Animation Video
The fully rendered final output with optional sound design.

  2. Viewport Render Video
A raw screen recording of the 3D software viewport showing the animation from start to finish. No editing, music, or color grading.

Both files are mandatory. Full rules and technical specifications are available in the main Description.

Deadline: 05 June 2026, 11:59 PM IST

Stage 2: Project Files Submission

Project Files Submission:

Congratulations on being shortlisted as part of the Top 20 of SMAP X : MOTION.

Stage 2 is the verification and deeper-evaluation round. You will not create new animation work. You will share the complete project files behind your Stage 1 submission so the Smapit Media team can evaluate your technical craft, scene structure, and originality at a deeper level.

This is a standard verification practice used by professional 3D studios. Your project files will be reviewed only by the Smapit Media judging panel and will not be redistributed, reused, or shared outside the evaluation process.

The 3D scene in your project files must match the Stage 1 final animation. Any major mismatch will result in disqualification from the Top 3 and the Top 10 PPI shortlist.

Submission Window: 48 hours.

Full instructions are at the upload field below.
