All that you need to know about Smart Himachal Hackathon (In association with Government of Himachal Pradesh)
“Smart Himachal Hackathon 2020” is a competition in collaboration with the Government of Himachal Pradesh. It aims to identify disruptive and non-disruptive technological innovations for solving the challenges faced by the Public/ Businesses/Industry in the state of Himachal Pradesh. This initiative aims to institutionalize a model for harnessing the creativity and technical expertise of students and innovators which would, in turn, inculcate a culture of product innovation and a mindset of problem-solving among the youth. The event aims to boost the youth to create innovative ideas in the organized and unorganized sector.

Eligibility:
- Students/professionals/entrepreneurs from PAN-India.
- The ideas should be concept and early prototyping, MVP, POC, validation stage but not at the revenue stage.
- Age groups from 15 years to 100 years.
- Already registered and existing companies at a non-revenue stage can apply.
- Patent Holders at the non-commercialization stage.
Additional Rewards:
- Complimentary independent cabin for 12 months to top 3 winning Startups.
- Certificates from Startup Himachal.
- One to One investor meets for the top 15 finalists.
- Special passes to Annual Startup events of CII, FICCI, TiE-Delhi/CHD.
- Scope to get work orders from various departments of Government of Himachal Pradesh on an innovative solution provided.
- Free domain, hosting & logo for top 15 finalists.
- Government grants up to 3 lacs for prototyping.
